« This house is beautiful and clean. The multi-level home well accommodated our family of 11. The location was perfect for access to Lake Vermillion. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beach area was great and the kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing set. We used the kayaks, canoe, hot tub and sauna. Moccasin Point was a close boat ramp to launch our boat and the dock at the property made our fishing days easy. By the way, we did have fishing success! The property manager...

« We had a wonderful stay! The location is private with trees and bushes in between the neighbors so you don't see them. The dock easily fit two fishing boats. There were more than enough trash bins to hold all of our trash, which is a big plus because some places don't have enough. The main house was a little bit to get to the water to (my parents are 79 and 82) but there is a small cabin that is right on the water. That had a bathroom and a refrigerator that could be used so you could hang out...

« This truly checked all of the boxes for me and my family! From previous cabin rentals, I have a tendency to overpack…there was absolutely nothing I needed here except for food and clothes. The place was spotless and garbage was taken care of immediately. Bonus points for meeting the wonderful neighbors, Barb and Mark! « Very nice house, clean, and easy with nice backyard and lots of room and amenities! Everything was just as represented by the owner. Such a nice house with a great setup. Cook is an awesome small community! Wonderful breakfast and lunch options at coffee shop downtown. Cool theater which we have went to before but it was closed when we were in town. Clean grocery store. Moosebirds ice cream up the road! What could be better?!? »

« We loved our stay here in Tower, MN! My grandpa actually built this house :) and so it was so cool to see all the work done on it. It has the coziest norther MN vibe with such a huge hard and easy, walkable access to downtown Tower, MN. Love the decor!The property was super clean and cute! Easy kitchen to make a bunch of meals in and enjoy together and nice set up for the living room to watch a movie in when it stormed. The basement was perfect for the family that came with kids with space...

« This is an amazing vacation home filled with everything you need! Great house in a great location with a nice sand beach! Our family loved this house and there was something for every age! »

« Overall loved the cabin and the experience! Luke was VERY responsive and we had everything we needed. The cabin was well equipped with beds & linens, supplies, games, kitchen utensils, an awesome gas grill and Traeger smoker, sauna and a private boat launch. Side note, the pictures were taken with a wide angle lens and they make the space look bigger than it actually is. However, the space is very comfortable and clean! Fun was had by all! We are already considering staying here again for skiing...

« Check in was as easy as possible and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our hostess even left us cooking essentials and snacks. Everything was very thoughtfully done. »

« We explored the Rainy lake visitor center, the Ash River visitor center and did hikes at both. Also explored international falls and Fort Frances. »

« Super happy with this property! The decor was lovely, and the beds were out of this world! There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that you needed…except a can opener! Lol! Obviously, the picture window looking over the lake was the best thing about this property, hands-down. I was impressed with how clean the window was! Watching the sun come up and all the activity on the lake was no problem! The keypad on the front door was a little tricky. Of course, by the...
