High-quality bedding, towels, and beach towels are provided. A Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine with starter pods included. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials.

Dog-friendly note

Dogs of all sizes are welcome. The property is fenced to a height of approximately 120 cm around 5,000 square meters of private outdoor space. The villa is located in the open countryside. Small gaps typical of rural areas may be present, and wildlife or shepherd dogs may occasionally be nearby. Pets should be supervised outdoors and kept indoors when guests are away.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and all outdoor areas. The property is a single-story detached villa with no shared spaces. Private on-site parking is available.

Self-check-in is available via a key lockbox.

The town of Orosei is about a 10-minute drive from the villa, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and all the main services. Since the villa is located in a quiet rural area, a car or motorcycle is necessary to get around comfortably.

Other things to keep in mind

Guest registration

Italian law requires all vacation rentals to register guest details with local authorities. On the day of arrival, please provide the following details for each guest: full name, date and place of birth, nationality, and passport or ID number. A photo of the document is acceptable. Registration is required to complete check-in.

Tourist tax

Required by the Municipality of Orosei from April 1 through October 31. €1 per person per night. Children under 12 are exempt. Please leave the exact amount in cash on the table before your departure.
