This spacious and sunlit contemporary post and beam home with cathedral ceilings is ideally located near town and privately situated on a hill. It is within walking distance of downtown Orleans (dining, shopping and Cape League Baseball opp games) with close proximity to town landings, Nauset Beach, and so much more! The long driveway leads through a newly planted orchard to the top of a hill to the front gate that opens up to a secluded and serene yard. The hill is steep so we recommend driving up and down slowly.

The home has three levels of living, and an expansive exterior front deck and rear patio with custom pergola that is located off the kitchen which makes perfect indoor/outdoor entertaining space for small family gatherings. A grand brick gas fireplace in the living room opens to the ceiling for those cool nights. The lofted third floor area offers additional living space, and there is a walkout finished lower level. There are 3 bedrooms 2 loft rooms sleeping areas with beds for a total of 10 guests comfortably.

Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker and an outdoor shower - linens and bathroom towels are provided. Beach toys and games, beach umbrellas and beach chairs, beach towels are available.
Kitchen sink and shower water filters installed. Spa and shower products will be restocked in all bathrooms and showers upon arrival.This is a true sanctuary.
