This is a great place to stay! The home is really nice and fully stocked with what we needed. Each of my 5 kids (ages 14 to 24) were able to have their own beds and the beds were really comfortable. It was so nice to have a private pool/hot tub because we would get home late and we could relax in the hot tub and play a bit in the game room. TJ is a great host and easy to work with. He was very responsive before we had even booked the property. You won't go wrong staying here!

Perfect home for our family Disney trip! Beautifully designed, spacious, clean and comfortable for all 8 of us! I was so tempted to skip out on Disney and just enjoy the home and pool! Would definitely rent again and highly recommend to others! We appreciate the starter supplies to help us get settled on our first night, too.

We just got back from staying a week at this beautiful home. The house was well kept and clean, the beds were comfortable, the living areas, kitchen and pool area were awesome. Everything was as shown in the photos. After walking for miles in the theme parks it was nice to spend some time soaking in the spa. The property is really conveniently located to the Disney parks which are just up I4 about 5 miles or so. We spent a lot of time reviewing places to stay on both Vrbo and other rentals before deciding on this place. We believe we found a gem. We will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

Great Disney Vacation

I couldn’t have better things to say about the homeowners. They made everything smooth from the time of booking to check out. Susan made sure to reach out with information on the community, home, and area. The home was large and clean, having a bedroom for each kid was key to survival with 4 kids, lol. The community fitness room met our needs and we enjoyed the tennis courts. The community pool is quite busy and pretty strict but we still enjoyed it.We will certainly stay again.

Can’t wait to go back!

This beautiful home was perfect for our group. Plenty for the kids to do and move around. Great living space for socializing, the pool/hot tub was easy to heat and great for little ones. Overall great experience and a great location to do things off the resort as well. Susan was great to deal with! One week wasn’t enough so we extended the trip by 3 days. Everything was great!!

Business Trip Visit

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was large and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the Lanai pool and hot tub. We were also very comfortable in the large living room watching the Super Bowl. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

Great location - great home

Great home located 15 minutes from parks. Home is well maintained and the neighborhood amenities were 5 star. The host made everything easy and was the most pleasant person to engage with. I normally bring my own pots but this home has top tier everything. Come and leave everything else at home because it is here!

Stress-free family vacation

The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back.

Exceptional stay for our family

Susan’s home was well appointed. Very comfortable beds, seating areas, and everything we needed for our family of all ages. The home is a great location within the resort as it’s an easy block walk to the main clubhouse and pool. Susan was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. AMAZING VACATION

We loved our time spent at this house! We were there for a week with family. There was never a moment we were disappointed. The house offered everyone space when they needed it and a big living room and out door pool, to gather asa large group. We wish we could stay longer. Susan was so friendly to communicate with. Perfect house !

First of all Susan and Serge were the best to deal with. They were always in communication with us and answered any questions within minutes even while at the house . House is a great location maybe a 5min walk to the clubhouse. The one day we did use the clubhouse pool / lazy river the parking lot was full so that right there was worth the location of the house . House has everything you need and also beautiful outdoor area with lots of pool toys and floaties. All bedrooms were spacious and super comfy . We enjoyed our stay and this is the perfect house for any family .

This is the one for your family

I honestly do not know where to begin. From start to finish Susan and Serge were phenomenal. We didn't have to wonder about anything, everything was spelled out for us which made our trip so easy. When we arrived Susan and Serge had already made sure we had what we needed for check-in prior so the process took 5 mins. Now about the beautiful home, often times pictures are deceiving. Trust me the home is more beautiful than the pictures could ever show. We are very picky vacationers and I probably went through 50+ properties and I kept coming back to this one and I am so glad I did. You can tell when a home has been cleaned with pride. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. It was very relaxing after a day at the parks to come back to the villa and chill in the pool and hot tub. Obviously we loved this home and I could go on and on lol. I would say look no further this home is the one for you and your family. Our entire family is still in awww and can't wait until our next trip to Florida so we can stay here again. Thank you so much Susan and Serge for the wonderful experience 😊

Awesome stay with fantastic ownere

The place was amazing the pool was great. The hotub was heated spererate from the pool. The house is just like the pics and was very roomy and relaxing. The owners are great. Susan from before i arrived gave me tips and was very informative. She contacted during the stay and made sure everything was ok. I cant say enough great things about her and serge. Great peopel to talk to and rent from. I will definitely be renting from them again. Thanks again!!!!
