Guest Access:

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, trailers, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).



You can park on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. There's additional parking at the clubhouse. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.



Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly few miles away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), you'll be hanging out on the hip side of US192 in Kissimmee. If you're the adventurous type, theme parks and water parks are just a stone's throw away (well, a short drive, but who's counting?), and we've got golf courses, restaurants, and shops galore to keep you entertained.



Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Plus, we've got enough sports courts to make your head spin, a fancy-schmancy clubhouse, and a whopping 15 acres of jaw-dropping lakes – insta-worthy, for sure!

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of USD 139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time USD 69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is USD 45/night per service or USD 79/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack ’n Play for USD 39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for USD 29 (one-time fee)

• Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days. This service is optional, carries an additional fee, and must be booked in advance.



House Rules:

Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property.

Please check out on time. Late departures will result in a fee of USD 150 per hour for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained from using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own risk.

Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Notice: Bellavida Community Updates:

• Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side-by-sides are strictly prohibited. Any damage to common areas will be the full financial responsibility of the owner or guest, so please inform all visitors.



Update from the Bellavida Community:

• Please be advised that the clubhouse parking lot will undergo repairs on Monday, June 1st. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that guests use alternative parking on this day. Please note that vehicles parked in the repair zone on June 1st are subject to towing.
