Perfect Family Trip

I was very happy with the condo. It is decorated just like the pictures and is super cute. All the room have their own bathroom, which makes getting ready so much easier. The weather was not conducive to using the pool, but it was there and warm for us had the weather been a bit better. We like the location in proximity to all the Disney parks, as it was very easy to get to and from them daily. I would totally book this place again!

Great but…

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few details that could have been better. Top bunks were dirty with crumbs all over comforters, downstairs mattress needs replaced badly, pool area was dirty as was pool (don’t think system is working properly), pool door rug was so old it was falling apart and looked more like yucky moss than a rug and tree over drive way made the car disgustingly dirty all week as it rain off and on throughout the week. Overall though we enjoyed the location, space and atmosphere and thought it had some cool details and features. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes, blankets, pillows, hot water and kitchen supplies! As for the Raccoons 😆 we thought they were fun!

Perfect Stay for Disney Trip

This townhome was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space to spread out at the end of the day after being at Disney. The pool was great and my girls loved the Moana themed bedroom and bathroom. The property manager was always prompt with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Quick, Easy Vacation Home.

Great property in the Windsor Palms resort. Fully equipped and turn key for a vacation stay. Great calming theme of the house was Adventure Land. It wasn't overpowering with Disney or Mickey, but made it interesting as we always found something new to look at in the house. Nothing was missing and the communication with the management company was quick and responsive. Will use this property again for sure.

We had a wonderful visit at this property. This was our first time using VRBO, so we didn’t know what to expect but this exceeded expectations! As soon as we walked in, we were saying “this feels like a home away from home, we could stay here again.” Everything went smoothly. Like others have mentioned, the pool wasn’t the cleanest, but it didn’t bother us enough to say something to the property managers. There was a cleaning net there and we just scooped it out ourselves Vs bothering them with something like that. Given the area, I can see how the pool would need constant cleaning which is why I still gave them 5/5 stars for cleanliness. Thanks for the great stay!

Not bad overall

Code did not work to enter property when we showed up after two and a half days of driving and it took awhile to get ahold of somebody. Once we got a hold of somebody it was taken care of quickly. Little, not overly important stuff didn’t work or was broken and not taken care of. Mainly light in pool and no working hair dryer. Overall we had a great stay. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the little things.

March Disney Visit

Everything was better than expected. Drives to all 4 Disney parks less than 20 minutes. Lots of chain restaurants and Walmart on way to parks. A suggestion would be newer and bigger bath towels. We didn’t use the pool. It had some sort of film across the top.

A great place to stay for families

The rental was very clean and the kids loved swimming in the heated pool. It was the perfect size for our family of seven. Close to the Disney and Universal. We would definitely rent again.

Love this condo

Our family has stayed in multiple condos in this neighborhood for several years. Some are OK, some have been awful, but this one outshines them all. We loved the parrot theme especially since we are parrot parents—one we’ve had for 27 years. I hope this review doesn’t bite me in the butt and cause the price to sky-rocket, but I really appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. Since we have dietary restrictions, I do a lot of cooking in the condo, so I also loved having a quality stove and large refrigerator. The dishwasher is QUIET so you can actually run it during the day when you’re in the living room. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating for our family. The washer and dryer are really nice too. The only thing I missed was a can opener, and measuring spoons, which I bought and left in the unit for future guests. We look forward to staying here again.

Awesome property

This property will have you spoiled! They have thought of everything for you convenience - a TV and a bathroom in each room, a Keurig coffee machine, an Air Fryer, Netflix, cable, etc... the place was sparkling clean! The light in the pool didn't work, but we didn't realize it until the last night there, so wasn't a big deal, we just used the back patio light. Only thing that could be better is the trash - you have to leave it inside a bench right by your entrance door. Well, for one there was a lot of loose trash when we got there, but a family of racoon attacked the trash on our last night, scratched that bench, opened it, and had a feast! And no matter what noises we made, they did not leave! Had to give only 4 stars because of that. Otherwise, if youre looking for a beautiful property located in a gated community, close to everything, and with lots of space for the kids, look no further! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Orlando.

Great for WDW family trip

Everything about the condo was as described and worked out great for our family of four for a Disney vacation. We enjoyed the tropical theme everywhere and all was clean and well supplied. First floor bedroom mattresses was a little too soft compared to upstairs master bedroom. Only had one issue with prior communication with property mgmt. I emailed to ask ahead of time, whether the unit had a regular 10-12 cup coffee maker or a single-cup, Keurig type. My question was answered incorrectly, it is furnished with only a single cup Keurig coffee maker.

Stay was great. Had only 2 minor issues with the TV (we couldnt figure out how to turn it on) and they sent someone right over and he corrected the issues, and the air conditioner wasnt blowing, Again someone was there within the hour. Would definately stay there again, If you're going to Disney, this is a great place. Easy, close ride to get to the parks!
