This beautiful single-family house is entirely themed. With 2220 sq ft, each room has different characters. Plenty of space for the entire family. Have fun with the kids playing multiple games on the arcades. Or enjoy a relaxing BBQ by the Pool and Spa with your family and friends. Shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions near by.

Have a BBQ with your family and friends by your own private Pool and Spa (heater available for an additional $49.90 per night- has to be for the entire stay).

All bedrooms have Smart TVs and are decorated with different themes.
Kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances, cookware, utensils, pans, plates, cups, blender, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher

Kids can have some additional fun with the 2 arcades that come with multiple games.

You will have access to the entire house, including backyard and garage.

• Free Parking: 2 cars at the garage, and 2 at the driveway. No street parking allowed.

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi

• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, kids table (2 chairs), crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $40 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $49.90 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
