Awesome stay

We had a great 5 days in Orlando. The house was perfect for us as a family of 4. The pool and spa were great too. You are close to Disney and fairly close to Universal as well. A great Walmart just around the corner. We felt very safe and really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Exactly as described and pictured. Pool area is great and having a real hot tub (not just bubbly cool pool water) was perfect. View over the small lake is peaceful. Neighborhood and location perfect for Disney and surrounding area. Some things inside are clearly showing their age but everything was clean. Hosts are incredibly responsive. Would stay again.

Great House , Great Stay ,Great Memories!

We stayed at the lake view house for a week and enjoyed every day of it! Check in was a breeze. Very responsive property manager (response time within few minutes ) Pool Area was Awesome View from the pool is beautiful! Pool water was clean and Crystal clear. Very Quiet I would highly recommend!

Great location for the 4 Disney Parks & wonderful hot tub!

Plenty of kitchenware and pool & bath towels. Great large washer and dryer. Pond views were lovely! Lots of seating around the pool. Nice and clean furniture/home. Comfortable beds and sheets. Extra blankets in the main floor closet. Good water pressure and heat for showers. Walmart and Publix very conveniently located. Would definitely reserve again when we return to Disney and/or Universal!

Great stay at Christmas

We spent 2 weeks here over Christmas. Had a lovely time - love the setting of the villa over the lake, beautiful sun rise. Villa is exactly as pictured/advertised and very close to all amenities, we used the shortcut via animal kingdom most of the time which cut a lot of the 192 traffic. Walked to Sunset Walk restaurants/Outback a few times. Owners were very responsive sending emails beforehand and also helping very quickly when we couldn’t turn the heating on during the cold snap. Especially loved the spa during the few days cold weather. Only disappointment was not seeing the Gators! Would definitely return.

Beautiful home.... Great location... Close to everything!

This was our first time renting a VRBO home and we couldn't have asked for an outstanding place, owner and experience. I would definitely recommend this property. Very nice and clean also located in a quiet community. Pool, hot tub, game room, and lake were a great. The extra bonus was every night at 9pm sitting out by the pool you can see over the tree line Disney fireworks! We didn't take in any parks but they are all close by along with great restaurants and shopping! Would definitely rent again!

I would definitely recommend this property. Very nice and quiet community. The house was perfect for multiple family stay. Pool and hot tub and game room were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable. Easy communication with owners. Shopping is close and close to multiple parks tourist areas.

Wonderful home for our Disney trip!

We had a great stay! The house has everything you could possibly need and is situated in a great location, right by Disney. The view of the lake and the great pool area are perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening. We will certainly be back.

Perfect Home for Disney Dream Vacation!

What an amazing home for our week at Disney and Universal. So close to all parks. House and Pool were very relaxing and had all the amenities you could need for keeping a family entertained and relaxed. Property owners were very friendly and even checked in with us to make sure our stay was great. Would rent again if/when we go back to Disney. Highly recommend!

Loved the House, but Poor Communication

We loved the house and all the amenities, but communication from property management was poor. Something went wrong, and I never received the email regarding the alarm disarm code. We had no idea there was even an alarm system. So when we arrived at the house at 3:30 AM and opened the door, the alarm started blaring. We had no idea what to do and no one was answering the emergency number. So maybe a confirmation closer to the time of reservation from the owner/management that THAT email was received would be better. Finally, we received a call back with the alarm code and we were able to enter the house. Keep in mind, we went to bed at 4AM. We were exhausted and wanted to sleep in the next morning. That next morning, starting around 9-10am, management was calling the house phone and my husbands phone over and over again. Waking some of my family members up several times. Very annoying. A couple of days later, an internet repair man came to the house without notice. Apparently twice. We only knew of one time. Owners said management “tried to contact but got no response.” Not true. I never received a call/message to MY phone number (the number on the reservation) about anyone entering the house. If they tried to call the house phone- they never left a message. And why call the house phone?? We’re on vacation. We’re not at the house 24/7. We get up early and get back late. Call my cell phone number that I put on the reservation. We’ve stayed at several vacation homes on the west, east, and gulf coast and never had issues like this. I give it 3 stars just because we loved the house itself and the location- but we will probably choose a different home if/when we come back to the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Wonderful

Very easy, Derek the owner is very responsive and courteous. Property was close to Orlando airport and Universal Studios. Great view of the lake from the pool which was refreshing to wake up to and and end the day with. Very nice having your own space and private pool that you can access whenever you want. The game room was great as well and we had fun playing air hockey. Bedrooms spacious and the master suite was excellent. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, coffee maker (filters on site) and cooking utensils. My only recommendation would be the carpet needs a little TLC however this is purely cosmetic and did not impact our stay at all. Would give 10 stars!

Perfect Vacation!

We had an amazing vacation! The check in process was super easy. The property was very clean and well maintained. Communication with Derek and Julie was wonderful and they made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool everyday and watching the wildlife by the lake. The spa was fantastic and heats up separately from the pool, which is perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the parks. The property was in close proximity to parks and restaurants. The Lakeview house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying here again in the future. We highly recommend the Lakeview house property for your vacation.

perfect place to stay when in Orlando.

Right from the beginning I had detailed communication from the property owner. Getting in the house was a breeze liked that door code matched my phone # made it easy to remember. House was very clean and well maintained. Was very cozy and comfortable to come back to after a long day. The pool and hot tub were a great ending to busy hot days. Nice sized game room for down time.Was conveniently located and just a short trip to all the parks. Shopping was close by or can have everything delivered rather quickly. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. I will stay here again if I return to the Orlando area.

Relaxing & Fun Stay at the Lakehouse

Everything about our trip was fantastic and seamless. Check in was super easy. The house was gorgeous and clean. The pool was beautiful and the kids may have enjoyed the pool more than the parks. Anything you need, they have it (blenders, coffee pot, toaster, etc). Lakeview House was close to parks, shopping, restaurants, and multiple beaches that are only an hour and a half away. This home made for the perfect ending to some very long days. We utilized all parts of this house and would most definitely consider renting again. A big bonus at this property was the game room located in the garage (the kids absolutely loved it), and "gator watching." The kids loved looking in the lake for the gators every morning. We were able to see many gators and even some baby gators. Derek and Julie were phenomenal at communicating and went above and beyond to make sure that we were all set and comfortable in their home. They are very kind and accommodating. If you don't stay here, you are truly missing out on an outstanding experience.
