The space

This home is very spacious and it is all situated on one floor.

Upon entering the light and spacious entrance hall, the home immediately opens up into a large open plan space, housing an absolutely superb kitchen with dining island, a large dining area, and also the lounge area with a large and super comfy corner sofa. The main TV is a large SMART TV and also has Spectrum cable. This open space is perfect for spending time with the family.

The lounge area leads directly onto the gorgeous pool area. This pool was individually designed and installed, so is a bespoke design and also features mood lighting, a fantastic spa, and is surrounded by lush vegetation to ensure your privacy. It is an oversized paved pool deck, and also has a large outdoor dining table which is conveniently housed underneath the lanai, so you can enjoy the al fresco dining opportunities that Florida presents!

There are two family bathrooms in the home, one with a large shower, and one with a shower/ bath combo. The third bathroom is in the master suite and has a large walk in shower.
