I'll start with the good: the large 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms are ideal for big families, especially with young kids. Plenty of room to spread out, full size fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, etc. Having 2 bathrooms with a family of 5 is great! David and James at the front desk were super helpful, friendly, and responsive. They deserve raises for their customer service.
Now the bad: we stayed here twice; once 2 weeks ago the night before our flight and then again last night after our flight got in late. Our first stay, the room was definitely in need of some repair and smelled musty. The bedroom doors wouldnt close and the blackout curtains wouldn't stay shut. The second time we stayed, last night, our experience was even worse. The first room we were assigned had soaking wet carpet in the living room from an air conditioner issue that they had been working on. It smelled moldy. We had gotten in at midnight due to flight delays, so we were going to just stay in there and put towels down, but the area of wet carpet was too large and the liquid was yellow, so we didn't feel comfortable having our young kids exposed to it. We ended up getting the last suite available to switch rooms, but we had to load all our suitcases up again and go down to the floor below with our 3 young kids at 12:30am. The room with wet carpet was a known issue and shouldn't have been in service to be assigned to anyone.
