Our newly decorated three bedroom Abacos villa offers a spacious 1,232 square feet of space, and is ideal for the extended family vacationer. The 3rd floor location allows the advantage of no noise from guests above.

Each of the three bedrooms as well as the living room feature large flat screen tv's. The full kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and all dishes, pots, pans and utensils. A washer and dryer unit, high chair, and playpen/crib provide great convenience for those with infants and/or children.The master bedroom and living room also have attached balconies where you can enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or tea while overlooking the beautiful pond and walking path.

Guests at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa can also take advantage of on-site amenities such as Cenote Spa, nature trails, and a white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport. With two restaurants on site, you can take a break from cooking and savor the tastes of Tradewind's Beachside Restaurant & Bar . The condo was beautiful. The location is amazing! You have everything the resort offers within a few minutes walk! Disney is a quick easy drive and there is plenty of options for restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Excellent communication with the owners they answered questions quickly and thoroughly and went above and beyond with information!

Excellent stay

Condo just as advertised, very clean, and in a great location next to our favorite pool. We have come to Bahama Bay for the last 15 years and have stayed in many units in this one was excellent as well as other reviewers have stated. My only thing I would like to see is a king bed master. So used to a king at home that we were hitting each other in the middle of the night! Anyway, thanks very much for the use of your condo.

We had a great stay at this condo in Bahama Bay Resort. We like this resort because it used to be on the quieter side of town. Unfortunately, not any longer. There's more neighborhoods built up and now there's a school right across from entrance that delays getting out of property during school morning and afternoon rush. Not a deal breaker, but the lure of this resort was it's ease of getting everywhere easy and reasonably quickly. Within the resort, this condo is situated in Building 21, a great location right between the resort's two larger pools, one with Tradewind's Restaurant and Bar. Can't get a better location. We wish the resort would trim or replace the trees in front of the pond view buildings though. What's the sense of "pond view" when the trees are grown in and up and blocking the view completely. As for the condo, it was in reasonably good repair, clean, and the appliances were in working order (w/ exception), actually really new washer/dryer combo. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans. All furniture was in reasonably good shape, especially the living room. There were a few "nuances" that I'd like to mention. Certainly NOT deal breakers, but the exhaust fan in master bathroom was annoyingly loud, the ice maker wasn't working (there was an ice tray to manually make), and the security code was annoyingly long (10 digits!). Be aware there's a queen bed in the master bedroom as well, we missed this in the listing, no biggie. We've stayed at two other condo's in this complex and they each had a king size in their masters. There's certainly enough room for one. We didn't feel the need to call Candice as these were not nuisances and just want to mention so they might get taken care of. Speaking of Candice, very good communication, answered all my questions in a very timely fashion, usually in a few hours. Check-in was a breeze, direct to unit after showing guard "check-in e-mail", parking placards were in condo, instructions were clear and concise and all contact info for any issues during stay was there in the e-mail. Never felt like I was on an island renting privately. We would absolutely rent this condo again. None of our "nuances" were deal breakers.

Then condo was as described by the owners. Location was ideal for us as we had stayed in the complex before. It feels very safe and secure. Pools are very clean didn’t use the clubhouse. The grounds are kept in good condition as well. Instructions for use of the tv would have been good but after e mails sorted it out. No tea towels for drying dishes could we find. Superb washer and dryer Idea base for the 2 of us

Nice place with good amenities. We were sent to wrong condo and carried 3 loads of heavy bags of groceries only to find out we could not get in. Called manager and it took approx. 40 minutes from I get the code changed so we could go in. Wifi is very low speed if you have to download or upload files.

Awesome spring break

The condo was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space for a family of four, my teenage boys hate to share a room it made it feel like home because they had their own rooms and was able to setup their gaming systems because there is a TV in each room. The resort is close to all the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcome back to the 90s

This place was hideous, first of all it needed updated, the kitchen was very outdated, not to mention the cupboards were taped up and the oven door made such a loud noise when you opened or shut it. The furniture was dirty. The books in there were so dirty and had stains all over them. The games all had missing pieces. The bedspread in the master looked like one from the 1960. Now the last thing which was the bathroom sink in the master bedroom. not only did the spigots squeak but the sink was so clogged it was not only hideous but so unsanitary. My husband texted and then never heard anything from anybody again. That started almost the day that we got there. I will never come back here ever again. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know to skip this place.

Place as described!

The place looked exactly like the pictures! There are not enough bath towels, bring some basic household essentials like paper towels, dish liquid, etc. And it’s on the third floor with no elevator. I must have missed reading that part. My mom is in her 70’s so after a long day at theme park she wasn’t too happy to climb the stairs at the end of the day! It’s about 30 minutes from Disney and 45-50 from Universal. However, the resort itself was nice!
