1. Grill we paid for not there. 2 Pool and Hot Tub unusable on Sat. Host kept saying he's on it and get grill and try to get pool guy. Basically, blowing smoke. Sunday, I called VRBO at 6:15am and got a lady who said she would get with host team. Within 4 hours grill was delivered and pool and hot tub cleaned only needed to wait 2 hours before swimming, but it was safe. While pool company was cleaning the pool your host called to tell me we'd be the 2nd call on Monday. I informed him otherwise. Host unclear about codes for home. Took several calls to get the right codes. Host obviously not detail oriented. The host system was a failure for us. Home has been let go. 2 ceiling fans unusable. Toilet had to add water for each flush. Ceiling vents black, possible mold issue. We enjoyed the home once we addressed the main issues of grill and pool. Home had the potential to be the best place we ever rented. Just needs some TLC. BTW, having to fill out security form on day of arrival is a major pain that we had no knowledge of. Your new system doesn't work for us.
