Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage - including walk-in closets, closets, and dressers - keep every bedroom comfortable and practical.

The game room delivers a full lineup: arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a game console. A dedicated theme room adds an immersive, playful touch to the home. When it's time to wind down, settle in front of the 65-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, premium cable, and standard cable. Exercise equipment is also on hand for guests who want to stay active indoors, and a shared gym is available nearby.

Family-friendly features
Families with young children will find the home well prepared. A crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and baby safety gates are all provided. Kids have their own indoor children's playroom stocked with toys, books, and games, plus an outdoor playground for active play outside.

The fully equipped kitchen makes in-home meals straightforward. It includes a GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and cooking basics. Dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils round out the setup. A dining table seats the group for shared meals, and coffee is available to start the day.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private outdoor pool and private spa - both available all year, open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill make the backyard a natural gathering spot throughout the day. Note that the private backyard is not fully fenced. Guests also enjoy lake access via a path or dock, and free resort access to nearby resort facilities.

Practical comforts
Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace with a door, in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, and essentials are all included. Breakfast is provided, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on the premises, with additional free street parking nearby. Self check-in is handled via smart lock and the home has a private entrance. Safety features include exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property only, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The home is pet-friendly.
