The house is huge and the ensuites are very roomy. Things were cleanenThe dinning room table as perfect. Location is near a Sam's and Walmart.

Great space and location but can use a serious deep clean. Security for the community is a joke, we had cars parked in our driveway after returning from a long day at Disney and the host was unable to provide the security phone number and the security guard at the gate just gave us a number for a tow company.

No welcome info with WiFi or check in or out instructions until we specifically asked for them. Game room items either were briken or damaged. No extra soap, TP, dish soap, garbage bags, or salt n pepper as described in Welcome info we received the 2nd day. Carpet and walls could use a refresh. Loved having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers though. Owner was responsive to emails

The host was very welcoming, I rate the host a 10 out of 10. Very responsive, always answers my questions and was very helpful. I rate the accommodations a 7 because of some items that I think need to be addressed. The carpet going up the stairs is stained and doesn't look clean due to the amount of wear and tear. A number of the toilet seats need to be replaced.

Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. We checked into a dirty house from previous guests at 4pm. Housekeeping team arrived at 7pm and didn't get the house until 10pm. Lost time, lost money from food spoiling, had my family waiting nearby from their arrivals from all over the states. Was offered a complimentary late checkout that they didn't even honor. Very outdated furniture and the gameroom didn't have any working arcades and the air hockey machine was non functional. The pool sticks for the billiards where also damaged. Parking is only good for 4 cars maximum. Very deceiving host, photos and description of the home. Not to mention the smell of Marijuana from our neighbors it made my family feel like we were in the ghetto. I recommend Reunion or Celebration homes if you want something nice and something good with great hosts. Andes is not recognizing the losses we experienced throughout our time. Also not very professional or helpful. Big house with a huge disappointment.

Do NOT stay at this property until you understand what you are getting and ok with it. Property photos are NOT what the reality is. Very unkept house, dirty carpets have huge stains, some beds have broken legs. Beds are not as advertised, with a small and flimsy bunk bed. Walls have food and sauce spilled in the kitchen (we had to wash it off even after the host sent a couple to do more cleaning) Beds have very cheap, stained bedding, no extra blankets as seen on photos. Towels are very thin and grey from overuse and not provided in all rooms. Staircase rails have badly chipped paint. Front door is all scratched up. Outside misplaced bricks by the front of the house. It says parking for 7 cars but if you have a bigger car than a prius, you can only park 3 cars. Two of our cars were towed away, one for no reason, it was parked in the driveway of the house. They towed it without any proof. The other one was parked at the available to public parking by the pool but apparently, you cannot park there more than 3 hours. There is no other parking available, so you have maybe 4 good parking spaces, for over 30 ppl. Even then they find a reason to tow your car away. Check social media, you can find a lot of info about Veranda Palms towing scam. I can write more but there is no more space. It was the worst property we ever stayed at. The host said all the unkept and dirty stuff was normal wear and tear. Even provided gate codes did not work for the public pool. Look at photos we took

Great Stay

The house is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We were surprised by the 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. It was needed. The manager was very responsive at all times. I would recommend it for a large family gathering.
