Thank you for your 4 star review, I will add more spoons to the home asap

I was expecting this review from you Judy considering the amount of damage you caused to the home. I was so upset to see the level of damage caused by a guest you had no regard for the home. You spilled Oil on the kitchen cupboards ( the stains won’t come out as it’s in the grain). Drinks spilt all over carpets, stained bedding etc. You then called to dispute this (with the most absurd reasons) and to say the phone call wasn’t very nice is putting it mildly. When we contacted you for payment you advised –“ I was going to rate the house 4 stars (1 star for the issues below), however, since you are inaccurately blaming us for things that we did not cause, which was already like that when we arrived, I will reconsider my rating”. As we advised payment is required for the damage you caused and because we would not “waive it” for a good review you then rated us one star. This is why the whole review system needs looking at again as a guest who trashes a home should not be able to give a 1-star review as revenge for being fairly charged for damages.

We did advise you before check in that we only supply minimal supplies - enough to get you through the first few days until you can do a shop, so you were aware of this prior to check in. Again we also advised you that we don't supply pool towels so you were aware of this also so I do think its unfair to rate us on this

Thank you for your four star review. I'm so sorry there weren't enough towels in the home for you. I will be taking this up with my Property Manager today as the home should be well stocked with wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. I only wished you had contacted me about this as I could have had towels sent to you and the AC lowered if it was uncomfortable for you.

Many thanks for your 4 star review. We are glad you enjoyed the home and location. We advise on guest check in information 'You Are responsible for your consumables during your stay. As a matter of courtesy we will supply you with limited basics - such as a roll of kitchen paper, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and bar of soap per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs and 2 bin bags. All other supplies can be purchased at the nearest convenient store. The home sleeps 10 guests and the capacity can't be exceeded due to fire safety and insurance reasons. The resort do ask us to provide a full guest list, this is to protect resisdents and guests staying at the resort, we have to follow their rules. The resort do not allow street parking, again this is something out of our control, you can park additional vehicles in the clubhouse area. We are glad to hear you would consider this home again in the future.
