Amazing Family Vacation

Great property, best place we have stayed in Orlando area. Ample room, lots of towels in every bathroom and lots of pool towels. Kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, plates you could need. Even had a crock pot and air fryer! Everything very clean. Last min booked this home on our way to Florida and communication was quick with clear check in instructions. Would defiantly look to rent this home again when we visit the Orlando area.

Great Community & Location

This was a great place to stay and have access to the best near Disney. The community is great for walking/running outside, the community pool and amenities are easily accessible and a short walk from this is home, and its proximity to Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld is about 20-40 mins (depending on traffic). There’s also plenty of restaurants nearby for easy food options if you don’t want to cook, but our host had all the utensils to stay right there and also have a great meal. The pool was clean and also had a perfect view of the water and clubhouse area.We really enjoyed the space and location for our vacation.

We started of with 20 holiday home and Crash Pad, Windsor Hill came out top and we were not disappointed. All we had to do was buy food. We had all we needed, comfort, space, views, relaxation, a home from home. The pool is perfect, lovely and warm and then there is the hot tub, just what we needed after a day at the parks. The massage chair were loved by all 7 of us. The supermarkets are in easy reach and of course the parks. I highly recommend and we hope to return.

We recently stayed in this property for a short 4-day break to visit the Orlando area attractions, and it exceeded our expectations! The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. In fact, our kids enjoyed staying at the house so much that it rivaled their excitement for Disney. With a private pool, hot tub, game room, and access to the community water park, there were endless activities to keep everyone entertained. The hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions we had. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and comfortable stay near the resorts.

Great Holiday At Crushes Crash Pad

We have just had a great holiday at Crushes Crash Pad. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need (and more) to make your stay enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, being within a short distance to the Theme Parks, etc. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by Hurricanes (Helene and Milton). Helene meant our arrival was delayed by 3 days and Milton arrived whilst we were there, which delayed our departure by 3 days due to cancelled flights. As a result of this, all the things we had planned to do during the holiday had to be changed but being based in Crushes Crash Pad made such a difference, allowing us to relax as best we could. We must also make a special mention about the owners, Meta and Mike. They were so helpful in every way both prior to and during our stay. We have holidayed in Florida for many years, and we can honestly say that we have never experienced the level of help and support given by this couple. They were in constant contact with us to ensure we were safe and had provisions to see us through. They also managed to extend our stay in the villa until our flight home, which was such a relief. We will be returning to Florida in 2025 and if possible, we will most definitely rebooked Crush Crash Pad……and hopefully have a Hurricane free holiday. Thanks again Meta and Mike for everything, you are a special couple.

Perfect for Disney Vacation

1st time renting a home and not staying on Disney property and this was definitely the way to go! Place was huge, heated pool and hot tub so could use even when cooler out, game room, games to play,full stocked kitchen to cook! Plus super close to Disney! I think it took maybe 15 min or less most days! Property was also great with other pools, water slides, a little convience store and a small gym I used . Just great overall!

Fun Family Time!

We've stayed at several different properties in this neighborhood, in this one was by far the best. All the beds were very comfortable. Having supplies already in the house was amazing. It's worth paying a little extra to be able to start enjoying your vacation right away versus fighting the lines in walmart.

Definitely place for family vacation

Property management is very professional and helped to accommodate a few additional needs in a timely fashion. Check in very easy, we like the gated feature of the neighborhood for safety. Home had everything to allow us to enjiy, relax and eat. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Nice having 4 king beds for us adults and the grandchildren enjoyed their rooms. Game room is amazing! Plenty of pool towels, bath towels to accommodate us all. We'll be back next year with children and grandchildren. Thank you!

This home was wonderful for my family of 11 (ages ranged from 2-68) The home was very clean upon arrival which was a huge PLUS! home had everything for starters. PLENTY of towels, blankets, utensils and so on! My little toddlers LOVE the princess room, the Game room was a great bonus as well. We all enjoyed the lovely pool after LONG days after the parks. The owners were so wonderful overall and we enjoyed our gift as well. Husband and I are already planning next year's trip. We will most definitely be staying on this property again!

We can’t say enough good about our stay! In reading reviews on other properties the common theme was lack of towels, lack of bedding, etc. None of these were issues for our stay here. Home was clean, new furniture and the tv outside on the pool deck was a great addition! Property management was super easy to reach as well. We’ll definitely be staying here again on future visits!

February Break

Thank you for a lovely place to stay during our Disney vacation this February. The location of the house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool - super clean and nice and warm. The WiFi in the house was excellent. We appreciated having the ability to do laundry, all the appliances were awesome. The beds were super comfortable as well. Meta (the owner) and Vanesa from 1st of Orlando were easy to contact for questions. We highly recommend this rental!!!

The perfect spot for Thanksgiving

We booked another property months in advance and 3 days before we left for the property, the owner cancelled on us stating damage from a recent storm. We found this property last minute and we’re so glad we did. The property was exponentially better than our original. The owners were fantastic about communication. I don’t just mean good, they were fantastic. I could tell from the minute I booked that they cared more about my family enjoying our time together than their own financial gain from the rental. (Not saying looking for the financial gain is bad, but when you do what is right by your clients, the financial gain will come.) The accommodations were more than we could have hoped for. My sons lived in the game room for the week and the rest of us took turns moving from the massage chairs to the hot tub. 😂 The only minor issues that did arise were IMMEDIATELY!! addressed by the owner. The home had everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to, linens, towels, soaps, tissue etc. As if this wasn’t enough of a glowing review, the owners felt bad about our previous booking being cancelled and made sure to have an extra treat there for us. It was true customer service. Book this one with confidence. You won’t be disappointed. Just don’t book it for any of the future times we plan on coming back.

Week at Disney with 6 kiddos

LOVED this home. Had everything you need. By far the best rental house myself, my husband and our 6 kids have stayed at. My children loved the Mickey waffle maker. The beds were comfy. Pool had floaties and toys already. Outdoor furniture was beautiful. I love that the home was so well stocked. Extra garbage bags, paper towels, dish washer tabs etc. was nice not to have to purchase salt and pepper and the little things. We had no issues and would recommend this rental to everyone. Very clean and great location. 10mins from Disney parks! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Above and Beyond Great Stay

Wow. WE love Windsor Hills and have stayed before, but this was hands down the nicest house we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the features inside were a nice touch, great kitchen tools and not flimsy, and just perfect for our trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive both before and while we were on the trip. My kids loved the theming and the walk to the spray park and castle park were very easy. Also loved it was the first street from the entrace. We were far enough away to not hear anything and close enough for ease to get in and out of the community. The last night we even saw fireworks from the hottub. We have stayed in houses before, the water pressure here was great, AC was great, all tvs had access and incredible library of DVDs for the kids and games. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome house experience! The house was adorably decorated. The kids loved it. The house had everything you could possibly need! The game room was so fun. The pool has a beautiful view of the lake and clubhouse. The beds were all comfortable and the massage chairs were fabulous. We are already looking to purchase one since now we got spoiled having access to them🤣The hosts were wonderful. They sent my daughter a gift basket since she turned 10 this week ❤️ it’s a beautiful neighborhood and very secure. I would recommend this spot for sure.

Super clean, well-appointed home!

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying here!! The house was exactly as it appeared in the listing and had everything we needed for our FL vacation. The washer & dryer were huge and came in really handy!! All the bedrooms were a great size with super comfortable beds. The sliding door to the pool area had a pool alarm which was such a great feature since we had multiple young kids with us as well as a pool gate. These two safety features were GREAT! The community itself was also great! The park was a short walk (less than five minutes) from the house and provided a lot of shade which was a bonus because of the Florida heat. The clubhouse and waterpark was less than a ten minute walk! Very clean and so much fun. My entire family had such a great time here and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area! Thank you, Meta for such a wonderful stay in your home!

Beautiful villa!

We have just had a wonderful stay at this luxurious property, the owners were very quick to resolve an issue with the pool after a storm and were very kind to let us have a late checkout. The house was spotless and the beds very comfy! The resort has a wonderful location too and we look forward to staying again soon.
