Place was clean. Quality of cookware and dishes was decent. Towels could have been a bit better, left a lot of strings and fuzz. Communication from the host was very good. Overall good value for the home.

Great location to stay when visiting Disney World! Perfect kitchenette with everything needed for meals. TVs in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms share the full bathroom upstairs. Toilet & small shower located downstairs. Would rent again.

We traveled down from NJ.. about 16 hours! It was so worth it! The home is SO clean!! We stayed for a week and had no complaints at all. The amenities are ABUNDANT. The home is so homey and comfortable. We sat outside to eat most meals together and watch the helicopters flying over from the adjacent helicopter business.. we closed the pool down each night! That 10:30, half hour heads up was our alarm each night that it was almost time to go, lol .. We did the foam party, the build a bear, made s’mores, pool parties, my 6 year old even won hot potato against about 30 other kids lol free snow cone prize! We found lots of frogs and bigggg snails at the lazy river, we loved that! We don’t have lizards in NJ so our kids were constantly looking for them when we were outside lol .. Our oldest loved the water slides and even made friends through the week to hang with. My favorite was the lazy river especially at night! The pool area music was great!! Our six year old loved that the activity center had legos! We colored canvas bags and ceramic picture frames.. The location is PERFECT. Close to everything but while on property you can’t tell. So much to do! an amazing home and resort.. thank you thank you thank you!! We will be back!!

First of all the townhouse is beautiful. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner was great in responding with any questions. Check in is a breeze. It is located at the end of the resort which is nice as you don’t have the noise from the pool area and yet it’s close to walk to. Has a full bathroom on 2nd floor and full bath with just a shower on 1st floor. A/C worked great and has ceilings fans in both bedrooms. Washer and dryer is nice just remember it takes a bit longer as they are apartment sized. I washed everyday to stay caught up. Small kitchen but very nice though would have been nice to have an ice/water dispenser. No big deal we just bought ice and bottled water. After we arrived we took inventory of what supplies were needed for the week before heading off to Walmart less than a mile away. Plenty of restaurants nearby, 7/11’s, Wawa, Dunkin, Starbucks, and fast food. There is internet in the townhome as well as the resort has a separate one for when you are around the pool area. The resort has a small but nice arcade that’s reasonably priced. Has a small coffee shop, poolside bar/ food, and convenience store as well. The pool, water slides, and lazy river was nice and was never crowded until the weekend. We realized they sell day passes to the resort so the clientele is a bit different than those who typically stay at the resort.

A little disappointing

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. The facility, pool, clubhouse and all outside amenities were great. The condo we stayed in needed some work. The ceiling leaked through from the bathroom to the living room below, the dishwasher did not work, and there were very little items in the kitchen to use to make our own meals.

Great stay and Very Nice accommodations!

Very nice inside. Everything appears modern and not dated. The kitchen came with all that you need and very nicely equipped. That is often not the case. Owners will stay in good contact with you! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Orlando area. Definitely FIVE Stars.

Great family vacation!

We just stayed here for a week and it was amazing. Condo is a good size for my family of 5. We have three kids (7,8,9) and the spare bedroom w 2 beds worked perfectly. The spare bedroom had a tv and the kids loved having a rest time in their own space.Amenities were outstanding and this place. We stayed a week and the kids never got bored. Some of the pics online need to be updated because the putt putt has been completely renovated and the course is right outside the back screened in patio….super convenient for our little kids to play and we could easily watch.Also, there is a 30 foot rock wall that is now available by the tennis courts. It is free of charge and not even mentioned in the description. This place offers endless entertainment for kids and allows parents to relax. It’s small enough where we could easily keep an eye on the kids, but big enough to have lots to do.The only negative was the floor in the condo was a bit dirty. If we were barefoot our feet would be black. We always had to wear socks to keep feet clean.Overall, it exceeded expectations and we hope to be back soon!

We booked this place to stay in the heat a gew extra days before returning to the cold north. We have 2 yonger children so we were excited to see they have water slides, and a splash pad and all these extra amenities available at this resort. Unfortunately the slides and splash pad and beach style pool entran e entrance were all closed off for maintenance during our stay.

Quick Getaway

Absolutely recommend everything about this place/area. Internet was a little troublesome on the main floor…but who’s really there for that. The entire process was effortless, thanks to the hosts. The condo was exactly as described. Super quaint, lovely color schemes, accents, and an all around comforting vibe. Can’t beat it.

Great quick getaway!

This property was perfect for a quick getaway. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our 6 year old absolutely loved all the resort amenities. Property is close to Disney and easy to get to, but far enough away that you don’t get all that craziness. The host was very responsive and very kind! We will definitely consider this property again in the future!

Recent Stay

My review is mixed. The good part is that our communication with the property manager was good (as in they respond right away or within the hour). The location of the property is 20 mins from the airport and about that close to all major parks. So I rate it an 8 for convenience.... although the property itself was on the meh side of things and for that i'm rating it a 2. We stayed for 5 days, and are a family of 5. Walking into the home it smelled of mold which was concerning. We asked to be moved to a new unit but were told none were available. The whole area is rented out to families who are staying for a short time. It did not look like anyone lived in that community all year round. The back patio was full of water which could have been why it smelled damp and moldy, and we were also not able to use it due to the water and smell. This home looked great in pictures but in person the couches were run down, with stains, the downstairs bathroom had dirty shower curtains ( we did not use it) the upstairs bathroom was a bit better although the combination of the moldy smell and couches, and shower curtains.. it gave off a not so pleasant appeal. The water pressure in the shower is also very low. The location of the property was convenient yes, but I don't think i'd stay here again. We only used the water park once.. it also did not live up to the prior reviewers. This is an honest review, and hope it helps another family looking to stay in the area.

Fantastic spot at a nice resort

The place was as described. Very clean and cozy. Most comfortable bed I've ever had in a rental. The pool/slides/lazy river were awesome. We stayed busy and didnt get to enjoy the amenities as much as we would have liked. This place has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.. Would definitely return!
