The unit was as pictured in the listing, clean, bright, and conveniently located to the Disney parks, especially Animal Kingdom.Communication with the management company was sometimes frustrating. I had to chase down the door unlock code via texting outside Vrbo when the code was not provided as promised two hours before checkin. A few things to note: there are two thermostats in the unit and both must be set to the same temp, which meant extra trips up and down the stairs, especially since they reset themselves after a certain number of hours. The parking is not assigned and of the three spaces closest to this cottage, two are handicapped; we didn't have any problems with parking as it wasn't a crowded week. The dryer controls are very high; I'm 5 foot seven and couldn't see all the way around the dial to see what cycle I was choosing.
