So this was the weirdest experience and to be fair they tried to fix it but it was still an inconvenience. This is a perfect exampleOf you get what you pay for. When we got there the room had not been cleaned and the beds were unmade and slept in. We called and after a while they put us in another room. We went to that room and it too was untouched by housekeeping. Beds unmade, stuff on the floor and half drank soda on counter. I called and really got upset because at this point we were missing a meet up with our friends. They told me they couldn’t get in touch with the person who cleans.We finally were given another room and it was ok but the tv was hanging off the wall in an odd manner, the remote control was broken and we didn’t have enough towels for two of us. Honestly I was too afraid of calling because who knows who would come in our room so we went and bought paper towels to dry our hands. At this place rooms are individually owned, so the “front desk” does not really do anything for you. It’s a smaller room. It did have a mini fridge and a microwave. The floor lookedlike it had water damage and there were gaps in between the pieces. The remodel was otherwise nice. Nice bathrooms and shower. Not enough plugs or trash cans or light. I would recommend this place if you don’t have high expectations, are looking for somewhere cheap to stay and do not plan on spending much time in your room. They did try to make it up after screwing up our rooms and comped a night.
