🛡️ Travel Worry-Free

Pick the protection that suits you best:

🛡️ Damage Waiver — a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage, so small slips don't spoil your trip.

💵 Refundable Security Deposit — returned in full after check-out if everything is in order (usually within 2–14 days, depending on your bank).

🧺 Arrival Essentials

To get you started, we leave a dish sponge, a sealed pack of dishwasher pods, a bottle of dish soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, a sealed box of 10 trash bags and a bottle of liquid laundry detergent — plus mini soap, shampoo/conditioner and 2 toilet paper rolls in every bathroom. Washcloths are available on request (one per guest). For longer visits, a quick grocery run is a good idea.

⏰ Check-in from 4:00 PM · Check-out by 10:00 AM

🏠 House Guidelines

🚭 Smoke-free inside — a $2,500 fee plus odor treatment applies

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, and the stay may be ended without refund

💧 Treat the pool with care — $150 fee for misuse

🗑️ Bag all trash properly — otherwise a $150 cleaning fee

🧳 Leaving after 10:00 AM needs our OK in advance — $150 fee otherwise

🔍 Cameras & Noise

One exterior camera at the front doorbell; no cameras indoors. A noise-level sensor (no audio recording) helps keep community quiet hours.

📭 USPS deliveries can't be received — they're left in a mailbox we can't open. Door-delivery carriers like UPS, FedEx and Amazon are fine.
