Luxurious / magnificent 7 bedroom and 5 bath villa with a pool area and a game room located in Lake Berkley, a prestigious guard-gated community in Kissimmee, Florida. It's the closest community to the Disney Parks (about five miles) and also close to other major attractions (Universal Studios, etc.). It is situated a few minutes from local shops and about 10 minutes from surrounding golf courses.

This spacious and air-conditioned house is renovated with custom furnishings and decorations to make you feel at home. Brand new mattresses and high quality bedding ensure that you rest comfortably at night. Among available features are free high speed WiFi and cable services, free domestic calls within the U.S., free cable TV, game tables, a crib, washer/dryer machines, and a dishwasher.

This upgraded luxury villa boasts stunning views that overlook 14 acres of a beautiful, natural lake and tranquil surroundings. Tropical birds, baby ducks, and sand cranes often linger to be fed. You can watch eagles fish and large turtles bask in the sun; this haven for wildlife is just 15 mins from Disney! The villa is furnished to the highest possible standard. The open floor plan includes 2 lounge areas, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, etc. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool and the game room includes a foosball table. House was ok condition very large with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it definitely needs a deep cleaning and house needs updates. It served the purpose for our stay since we spent most of our time at the amusement parks. Some of the furniture was worn down and broken. I let the owner and property manager know immediately. Pool was functioning but needed water added almost everyday. The area is very nice and quiet.

Owner is lovely and very prompt in answering any questions. The house is great for a large family with 7 bedrooms and the children loved having their own bedrooms. The wood plank floor was a nice surprise and very nice color. The ac worked well on the settings allowed with the weather so hot outside. I paid to have pool and jacuzzi heat however it was too hot outside so the pool was very warm-I suggest no heater in late July. The kitchen had ample space.The stove front left large burner didn’t get hot enough to cook on but the other three burners worked fine.The pool is cute and the jacuzzi was relaxing the first night. The owner had someone come out the next morning after we arrived to fix a broken screen panel in pool which was fast service.The pool deck could use a good pressure washing and add some new patio furniture but the lake view was awesome and we used the trail around the lake for our morning workouts. The resorts Clubhouse pool was large and right beside the splash pad which was so cute.I would recommend this property and owner to anyone with a large family.Magic Kingdom was a 25 minute drive in traffic and there is a Aldi’s close by which we were able to get our organic grocery items. We tried Asahi Sushi close by and it was delicious.All in all we were all comfortable and happy waking up with our grandkids each day! Thanks Donna for a lovely stay.

A very joyful family trip

This is our third time booking this rental home, and it has never let us down. We enjoyed the clean, well-equipped, and spacious house, as well as the beautiful lakefront view.We spent a lot of time just sitting in the pool area, from sunrise to sundown, taking in the serene surroundings. Watching the wildlife and birds flying in and out of the island was truly a highlight of our stay. Donna is the best host we could ever ask for. Her seamless responses and generosity, including allowing us to check in early, were truly appreciated. We will come back again next year!

The home was exactly as described in the listing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The home was well- equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Communication with Donna was seamless. She was responsive, accommodating, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Any questions I had were answered promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Pool and lake view were just what we wanted to unplug and unwind.Bathrooms and outdoor seating need updating but the home is lovely otherwise. I prefer a larger dining table for a 7 bedroom home, but we had a small enough group to make it work. Close to everything you could need or want!

First off, let me state that this property is not as it looks in the pictures. The pool area chair cushions are tattered and worn and one even has a long tear on the top. The pool chair legs are rusting off and some don't even touch the ground. There is black mold present in areas of the house and even on the rubber ring in the washer. The game room no longer has the red carpet but linoleum which is coming off of the floor and the floor was not clean either. The master bath downstairs had hair all over the floor along with black wheel marks on it. The bedroom was missing 2 outlet covers. The dresser was dusty. This issue with the master bedroom/bathroom got fixed the next day. All the cabinets in this house (bathrooms included) have had something spilled on them and never cleaned. Kitchen decorations have years of grime on them. Upstairs bathroom in the hallway has a crappy white molding on the floor with black mold on it as well. Toilet seat was loose and about to fall off. The bedroom upstairs with the crib had a sticky substance on the floor next to the nightstand. The floor around the crib was gross. Ceiling fan in that room has grime on top as well. There was also hair all over the top of the washer upon arrival. Needless to say, whoever cleans this house is doing a poor job as it is reflected throughout the WHOLE house. Let me also mention that they require you to wash any towels you use upon check out.

Beautiful Home; but needs a little TLC

This home was beautiful, and in such a great location. The proximity to the parks, shopping and restaurants was great! Layout was great, number of bathrooms was great and lots of cutlery, dishes utensils ect. Was cozy.The pool heating system is not the greatest as you have to constantly reset the timer if you want it to warm up. Took us about 2 days to fully get it to a decent temperature. Pool light and hot tub light were burned out. Outside Chairs were all rusted out. Inside bathrooms were clean but most other areas of the house were dirty and needed a deep clean. Night stands sticky, baseboards super dusty etc. We had to buy WD40 for the sliding door because it would barely open and hot water in the master bedroom was shut off.The games room had a very strong moldy smell and the pool table top was destroyed, most sticks were broken. Wasn’t a usable area of the house.The grill rental was absolutely garbage for something you pay extra for. No drip tray and no temperature control. All the appliances that came with the house were new and worked great!But overall, it suited our needs very well. It did the trick, but does need a bit of work. You can make do and we still had a lovely time. House could be awesome with a bit of TLC!

A real home away from home

We booked this house when the host of our scheduled booking let us down at the very last minute, and I am now so glad that happened! The owner of this property, Donna, was amazing. Her quick responses and kindness quite literally saved our family vacation after we were left stranded following a 9-hour flight from the UK, and I cannot thank her enough for allowing us to stay at her home. There is not one negative thing I could say about this property. The house was the perfect home away from home for our family from the moment we checked in. The pool and spa provided hours of fun and relaxation for everyone, and the view overlooking the lake was magnificent, and simply spending time watching the local wildlife was so tranquil. The house is in a great location, situated in a very quiet gated community which provides a beautiful neighbourhood to simply stroll around. The property itself is very spacious, clean, and was well-equipped with everything we needed to relax after a long day at the parks Donna was so kind and helpful in every aspect of our stay, from making the initial enquiry, booking the property, and right up until we checked out and I am so thoroughly grateful to our host for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home!

Wonderful family vacation home!

This is our third all-family vacation, and this home was the best yet! Our family of 8 adults and 8 children (ages 6 months to 67 years) was very comfortable in Donna‘s lovely house. Two of the adult couples had a king size bed and private bathroom. The bedroom on the first floor was especially luxurious, with a deep garden tub, tiled shower, and direct access to the patio and pool from sliding glass doors. The king sized bedroom upstairs with a crib was perfect for our son and daughter-in-law with the six month-old baby. The rest of us fit nicely into 2 rooms with double beds and 3 with twin beds in each (plus a folding cot we used in one). The kitchen is spacious, with lots of counter room for the fantastic cooks in our family to work, and a big stainless steel refrigerator to hold all the groceries. There is plenty of silverware and dishes for a large crowd, and even a nice amount of childproof plates and drink ware. We loved the large, modern washer and dryer! Even with all the hours of fun in the wonderful screened-in pool, (our very favorite feature!) keeping the ample supply of towels washed and dried was no problem. The tranquil, private, unobstructed view across the lake from the patio was great. Our grandson caught some fish, and the little girls loved watching the baby ducks. Donna is fantastic! She responded quickly to my many questions, and is so easy to work with. I feel like we have been friends for years! We would definitely rent this place again.
