The Space:

Morning light spills through wide windows as the house slowly comes to life, the calm of Reunion setting the tone for an easy day ahead. You might start with coffee at the dining table, plan a park day just a few miles away, or ease into the morning with a quiet swim before the Florida heat fully sets in. Evenings invite everyone back together - movie nights, game time, and relaxed conversations that stretch late into the night.



The space

This entire rental unit in Reunion offers six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across a thoughtfully laid-out home designed for groups who want space to gather and room to unwind. Two large living areas create flexibility for downtime, whether some of you are watching TV while others settle into the game console or theater setup. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedrooms are arranged across two levels for privacy and convenience. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features one king bed. Upstairs, Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each include one king bed, Bedroom 5 has one queen bed, and Bedroom 6 offers two twin beds. All bedrooms are set up for restful nights after busy days exploring Orlando and the surrounding area.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is designed for easy group meals, from quick breakfasts before heading out to relaxed dinners back at home. With a dining table and plenty of space to prepare meals, cooking together becomes part of the experience. A washer and dryer are also available to keep things simple during longer stays.



Entertainment and relaxation

Back at the house, there’s no shortage of ways to relax. Enjoy movie nights in the cinema-style setup, spend time with the game console, or head outdoors to the pool and hot tub. The patio or balcony and outdoor furniture provide a comfortable spot to unwind after a full day, while the BBQ grill makes casual outdoor meals easy.



Location and resort setting

Located in Reunion, the home places you close to Central Florida’s most popular attractions. Disney is just 4 miles away, with Universal and SeaWorld also within easy driving distance. A private entrance and free parking, including a garage and street parking, add convenience throughout your stay. Shared resort amenities such as the gym may be available, depending on resort access.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions. Reunion Resort is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. On-site parking is available in the driveway - Garage is off limits



Feel safe and right at home when you enter the community, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
