Needs little things

Not really set up well in kitchen (need kitchen towel there are none. Large utensils to cook with. Dishwasher broke which I reported) living room is way to small to socialize (furniture desperately needs a good cleaning as it is stained on couch). Someone took eye for cable so tv did not work. Again when called fixed promptly. we had to get three diff times codes to get in house as it locked us out! Door to bedroom downstairs came off again was fixed promptly. The gentleman that fixed was very pleasant. Bathrooms needing shelves for soaps, shampoos etc. an not at all easy for elderly. No shower handles to grab to prevent a fall. No broom to clean. Like i said all little things but maybe if could work on a cple things. Kids loved the game room etc an pool was wonderful!!!

Overall Great Stay

This property is as advertise. Villatel was very attentive to the few minor issues we encountered. Its new construction. Everything was beautiful. We needed a last minute change of residence after a bad experience with another local property. The house is very spacious, and all the bedrooms are large and comfortable. No one will feel like they got the "so so bedroom". The evening we checked in we had a bit of an ant problem but we believed it was from the previous party's mess. Because we needed an immediate last minute check-in they were not able to get the property fully clean (maybe residue on the floor somewhere that attracted the ants) but Villatel had pest control come immediately and the ant problem was alleviated. Pool was great, the family really enjoyed it. There is construction in the area which makes getting in and out a bit challenging but the house makes up for the clutter. The driveway is enough space for 3 vehicles and there is plenty beach towels to go around. This place will definitely be the property we look to book next time we are in Orlando.

Super clean!

The location and villa was great and super clean. This is a new contructionin community with beautiful decorations and comfortable spacing for everyone. We would definitely rent this house again. There were minor issues that I have sent to the owner for their awareness.

Quiet Gated Community

It was good stay, the house was great. The house was spacious and gorgeous. We stayed busy at the parks mostly so not that much time at the house. Theme rooms and living room was nice to spend time there!

Happy with the stay!

We wanted to give our parents a surprise for their 25th wedding anniversary. My siblings and I booked this house for them. We wanted them to spend some quality time alone. My dad is a big fan of arcade games. He loved the loft and arcade room. We felt so exultant to see our parents enjoying this marvelous villa and having the best time of their life. They were happy with their stay.

Best Villa for Amusement!

This villa is my absolute favorite in terms of peace, cleanliness, and hospitality. The themed rooms were well constructed. The use of colors in the themed rooms and arcade room were impressive. The theater was a good amusement. The external waterpark of this resort was a great addition. 5 stars for my deluxe stay.

Luxurious place to stay

Every inch of this place was a spectacle on its own. You can get every facility under one roof. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so clean. I loved the furniture in the living room and kitchen. My kids loved their Christmas-themed room. The Christmas tree and the gingerbread house bed were so cute! This is such a luxurious place to stay.
