Good basis for your orlando vacation.

Nice 4 bedroom villa in gated community. A little further away from the crowd and tourist traps but all major attractions are in driveable reach with Disney at 30minutes, Seaworld at 40minutes and outlets at 30min and 50 min. Good basis for your orlando vacation!

Excellent stay

Very nice house, it’s big, clean and the beds are good. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool is awesome and the view is excellent! We just loved our stay. Loved to relax by the pool and look at the wildlife in the ‘backyard’. The clubhouse has a little gym and a big pool. Disney is about 20-30 minutes by car, Universal, SeaWorld and the outlet about 30-45 minutes, depending traffic. Walmart is around the corner, just as Starbucks and some very good restaurants like Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse and Olive Garden.

Perfect gated community. Villa well situated within the resort. Well furnished and all you need in the kitchen. Host is good at communicating. Excellent British Pub just outside the gates. Close to Disney and many golf courses. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and organized. My only complaint and not really complaining just inconvenient. We only had one roll of tp in each bathroom for a week stay with 4 people. Sorry it just wasn’t enough. We ended up buying more. No biggie. We just hadn’t stayed anywhere where there wasn’t extra supplies. The other thing was the couches and chair in living room are pretty worn Out and honestly weren’t comfortable at all. We ended up watching tv in the bedrooms because they were so uncomfortable.

Stayed here for 10 days/9 nights for our family of 5’s trip to Disney/ universal. We had the best time, house was fantastic! Our kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks and enjoyed early morning swims on rest days. The house is close to so many things. Would definitely stay here again.

The main issue was that the hot tub didn’t work. The water was not hot. Also the furniture is pretty wore out and not comfortable. My mother was with us and she is 82 so she stayed at the house most of the time and said the couch and chair was very uncomfortable.

Family Disney/Universal Studios Trip.

We absolutely loved this house! It was everything we needed! Spacious, clean, well equipped! We asked for a blender and they provided one for us!! That was Very thoughtful! The neighbors were very friendly and quiet. We enjoyed visiting the pub located just outside the property, what a treat! Of course we enjoyed the pool area everyday! The listing did mention a BBQ grill, there is no grill oat the house. So just don't plan on using one. We were slightly bummed about that. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again! It's convenient to the parks and located tnear shopping and grocery stores.

Stay in May 2025

We rented this house for while visiting Disney World for the week. The house was a little farther away than I was thinking, given the traffic on the main road to get there. It took about 25-30 minutes to get to the parks and Disney Springs on most days and the traffic was still pretty heavy at night (10-11pm) when returning (lots of traffic lights).The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We saw some wildlife while there (a few large birds and small gators) in the canal. The pictures made it seem like the water feature was bigger and more space between the houses, but there was only space on one side of the house and the canal was just a short closed ended canal that was pretty small. Nothing negative, just FYI.The house was very clean and the pool was great. The house was sorely in need of some updates though. Most of the furniture was pretty old and worn. The towels provided were plentiful, but a random assortment that had seen better days for the most part. Only 1 paper towel roll and 3 small toliet paper rolls were provided for 3 bathrooms for the whole week. The "game room" was the garage that was stifling hot.All in all, we had a good stay and would recommend as long as you know the expectations coming in.

Great house with pool

We had a great week staying here! It was a very nice clean house that was plenty big enough for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It’s a great location within 45 minutes of all the parks. The host was great and very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this house. The water behind the house had many birds and turtles that were fun to see. We also had some lizards climbing the screen room that the kids loved to watch.

House was everything we were hoping for. Being situated on a corner lot provided privacy that most houses do not. Egrets and white heron walking around, loved having the water behind us. I emailed the owner with a non urgent question at 11pm and she responded immediately.The only negative I would say and the interpretation was my fault. The note did say to stop at Walmart for essentials. I did expect that the house would provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, soap. I wish the message had been more explicit about what was include.& what esseantisjals were included“

Perfect family vacation home

Wonderful stay! House was exactly as described and close to everything. A little dated and the oven button was cracked but was not an issue for us. The peaceful community and wildlife more than made up for this. We felt at home the entire time. Hope to stay here again our next family trip. I would highly recommend staying here.

Did everyone stay at the same house as us?

Not sure what all the fantastic reviews are for? I do not want to dissuade anyone from renting this property, because for the most part, its ok. You can judge for yourself. Let me try and sandwich this. First, it is a nice quiet neighborhood. Very serine. The view of water out the back is great. But, OMG...Did anyone watch TV? The size of them...I have seen larger screens in cars. Absolutely horrible. The Master shower (head), it was like 47 pins sticking in my back! Spend 25 and get new ones! The towels, I've had better at a Holiday Inn pool. My wife saw some black hairs in bathroom which freaked her out. Good thing she didn't do laundry like I did. Huge clumps of hair in washer. Does housekeeping not check laundry? VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in the pool. Spent extra money to have hot tub and pool heated. We received instructions on how to use. After an hour the hot tub was...ok, the pool...no way. The owner will now come back and say, well, the weather was cool. Yes it was.When we got there, it was not covered and no cover available in pool area. Strange. And just a heads up, take their word, they won't supply hardly anything. One dishwasher tab and one laundry tab. Just enough TP to make it thru a day or 2. Again, spend just a few more dollars and supply for your customers. If you're ok with all of these, the location is great. Like I said, quiet, near major highways, close to Walmart and WDW. They advertise a Pub just outside the community. Don't believe it. It's shutdown.

Overall it was perfect for our family, spacious and everyone had their own bathroom! It was a bonus. Also having laundry on site was great. Of course the pool was a great addition. ONLY thing I will say. There were only two facecloths in the villa and we ended up having to buy our own. But other than that. The pool guys was super helpful and so was the host. :)
