Its strategic location proved incredibly advantageous, positioning us effortlessly close to all major Orlando attractions and essential services, transforming logistical planning into a seamless experience.The immediate vicinity offered abundant amenities, including a highly accessible outlet mall and comprehensive shopping centers. We were particularly impressed by the secure and pleasant environment these neighboring facilities provided, adding to our peace of mind during retail excursions and dining. Inside, the sleeping arrangements were superb; the upstairs bedroom boasted remarkably comfortable beds, guaranteeing restful nights after long days of exploration. Mornings and evenings were enhanced by the patio, which offered picturesque views and a tranquil setting for enjoying a quiet moment or an evening beverage. For those who enjoy a bit of outdoor activity, the charming walking paths were a welcome feature.Practical considerations were also thoughtfully addressed, with the dedicated assigned parking space being a significant convenience that greatly streamlined our daily arrivals and departures. Orlando summer weekend stay

The place was neat and tidy. The kitchen was stocked adequately but lacked garbage bags. The cover on the couch could use some cleaning or to be replaced, the same with the carpet in the bedroom.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Super central, very clean, comfortable beds, on a quiet lake front villa. Stunning lake view right from the living room sofa. The lake is very big and around 8pm you can you can watch the Disney fireworks from the living room couch across the lake. Location, it took us 5 minutes to get to Universal studios and 3 minutes to international drive restaurants / convention center. SeaWorld is also 5 minutes away. Parking is free and WiFi is fast. The host is very helpful and gave us many great tips about the area. We loved the adorable sunset views over the lake and the proximity to most popular attractions in Orlando. We will gladly stay here again on our next time in town.

Nice and clean just hot

Everything was nice and clean. Close to the parks so location was good. The bedrooms were upstairs and no matter what we turned the AC on downstairs it was hot upstairs.

Older...unkept community . Too many stairs for older persons. Lakeview was nice.

Info for rental was good.No space for personal items. Cleaners items filled available cabinets. TV located 15stairs up. No info HOW to use tv. Could not use at all. Happy we had computer to watch. Not clean....patio dirty..dead plants off patio. Too many barking dogs in community. Sad to say we were disappointed.....For the price we could have had a 2 bed with a pool..but chose this from the lake view picture. Have to rate it a 3.

Ok spot

We came to Orlando for a business trip and needed a place to spend a few nights. The pictures online definitely made it look larger and newer and closer to the water. One of the main issues was that we couldn't get the air to stay cold through the night as the thermos6 would reset back to 70. Overall, it's fine if your just passing through and want to save some money, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Wonderful central spot in Orlando

My family and I stayed in this lovely and beautifully designed a villa. The Villa is very convenient and spacious with beautiful lake front views. Inside it is all new with new furniture kitchen and bathroom. Seems like the host made a large effort to take care of all the important aspects of our stay including very comfortable beds, good quality towels and linens and a well equipped kitchen. We loved being so central within minutes from the Convention Center, Universal Studios, and Disney springs. There is also a Walmart supercenter that opens 24 hours just down the road as well as Whole Foods. The host helped us out with advice and tips about town and overall we really did have a great stay. We are looking to come back here again on our next visit Orlando later this year. Thanks for hosting us
