Overall, we had a good stay. Maddie was communicative, pleasant, and provided clear access instructions. The house was as described, the space was nice, and the beds were comfortable.Some minor drawbacks: many surfaces were dusty, likely due to the number of decorative items. One of the two Keurig machines was not clean, but the second worked fine so I just avoided the dirty one. Supplies were minimal as expected, though there was only a teaspoon of dish soap supplied, so we purchased our own. Internet and TV worked well, but Wi-Fi was weaker in the pool area, and the only electrical outlet for the entire backyard patio did not work.The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub. On our warmest day (daytime high was 75), with the pool covered overnight, the pool only reached 72, and the hot tub topped out around 81 after several hours. The online listing calls it a hot tub, while the in-house materials refer to it as a “spa” and advise not to expect a true hot tub experience, which we wish had been clearer in the listing. Its unfortunately because we selected this properly because of the hot tub.
