Absolutely amazing one story, upgraded pool home! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is over 2,000 square feet of vacation fun! Wood flooring throughout. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has solid wood cabinets and granite countertops.
The home has a south-facing backyard with a beautiful pond view and a great sized yard with no direct rear neighbors and free Wi-Fi.

As you enter the tiled foyer you have your first bedroom with 2 Twin beds and bathroom to your right. This bedroom has a 32" flatscreen TV. The garage is to your left. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, range, microwave and many other, small appliances. While you make breakfast, your friends or family can hang out at the breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Adjacent is the spacious living and dining room, with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Here you also have a good view of the covered lanai and the pool. Further in, in the back on the right side of the house, you have the King bed master bedroom, with 56" flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bathroom features dual sinks, walk-in shower and linen closet. On the other side of the home you have 3 additional bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms, one en suite bathroom for King bedroom number 2, and the other other bathroom has a separate door leading into the lanai onto the pool deck, very convenient for when you are lounging or swimming outside.

As you walk through the sliding doors you enter the large covered lanai (with another flat screen TV, outside) and pool deck. This is the perfect place to enjoy the water views while staying out of the sun and enjoying the warm Florida breeze.

The pool deck is larger than average, so there is plenty of deck space to move around on. Pool and spa are helped getting warmed up by solar, but can also be fully heated by the electric heater (optional, at an additional cost) if you like. The pool area is also equipped with a removable baby barrier, helping parents with little ones keep them away from the pool. Paradise Awaits villa is located near theme parks, shopping, and great dining options, making it an excellent vacation rental property!

But, our 24-hour cover service is always available should you require it during your stay. The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for those colder days.
