This house has it all!

This house was beautiful. The size of the house was perfect for the 10 of us who stayed here. The pool and hot tub came in handy for off days, and nights after a long day in the parks. The house is very close to the parks, grocery stores, restaurants, ect. I liked how the house had strollers, a wheel chair, and even grocery items (spices, ect) in case you forgot something.. I had to contact the property manager to ask a few questions before our stay, and once during our stay, and he was very quick to answer. I would rent again with no hesitation.

This property was easy to book. Our family enjoyed the pool area and game room as we were in for the day as Nicole passed over. The property was well equipped and super clean. Linens and towels were provided which was a surprise to us. We would most definitely book this property again!

Well equipped, great location, plenty of space!

Let me start off by saying this home is absolutely wonderful and did not disappoint! When we arrived we absolutely loved the ease of check-in as well as the location of this home! It is about 15 minutes from the Disney Parks. We were blown away by how beautifully decorated this home was with Disney decor! It truly put us in the Disney spirit! This home is so spacious. We had a party of 5 (two adults age 30/31, two adults age 58/65 and my 4 year old daughter. My daughter adored the Nemo and Princess themed bedrooms, she couldn’t choose which room she wanted to stay in so she utilized both. Our group travels a lot, utilizing VRBO regularly and when I say I have never stayed in a home so well equipped for guests — I am not lying! This home has EVERYTHING a family would need for Disney days! There were several car seats, stroller wagons, high chairs, travel potty, coolers galore! This is extremely helpful to any families that may be flying in. We are fortunate to live in driving distance so we did not need any of these but I thought it was a nice touch. There are tons of DVD’s, several family board games, and plenty of toys for little ones! I was shocked at the amount of pool toys/floats and toddler swim gear (life vests/float harnesses). I absolutely loved that there was a safety net “gate” to block off access to the pool - I felt safe knowing my toddler couldn’t access to pool on her own. There are beach towels provided in the home, plenty of kitchenware and spices! The only thing we wished we had more of were bathroom towels, trash bags and dish detergent but that’s just nit-picky stuff. The smart home features were wonderful and made everything easy to use. The game room was a lot of fun for our family as well. I do wish Disney Junior or Nick Junior were available on the cable in the kids rooms though. Overall this house was absolutely fantastic and easily the most well equipped vacation rental we have stayed in. I live in Hilton Head Island and clean vacation rentals for extra money, I have never seen a house so well equipped for vacationers before. Communication with the host was always a breeze and any questions were answered in a quick manner. I rate this home as well as the location 10/10 and we will certainly be booking this house again for future Disney trips!

Frustrating

The check in process was confusing, when I have received information from VRBO from stays with others. First it came from an email from the company that rents these out. So we didn't know how to get in but luckily figured it out. As we got in it stated the house would have an alarm system on. It was not on. I always search house first. First room reaked of smoke. But remainder of house looked just like pictures. It wasn't as clean as I have stayed but it was fine and nice. You had to pay for the pool and hot tub to be heated and honestly the hot tub got hot but pool was chilly. We also came back to the hose in the pool. And when we asked if someone was there were told they come to level off pools, and were asked to keep watching the pool. It was annoying because this wasn't our job to come down and take care of a pool. The laundry room also had a weird smell but tolerable. As I check all windows were not even locked which made it uneasy because they were shut. Once I found one unlocked I noticed all were. Things were fine, until we also were trying to keep up on the trash and no bags were provided but they want you to take out trash to curb. Maybe I'm a bit judgey because the last place provided everything (like trash bags) but I thought that was another huge inconvenience that we had to make sure to get some to keep up with it. Which I understand taking out our own trash but why do I have to take things out to curb? And if we aren't there are we going to get reviewed poorly too? We left for parks and when we got back ants were all over our food. They did comp us back the heating of pool, for the loss of that which was nice. And they had pest control come out which was nice. But i have small children, told it was safe and they sprayed while we were eating dinner and food was out and exposed. And then told as they left but dont let the kids play over there. It wasnt like we had some gates to keep our 2 yr. out. Biggest downfall was for 2.5 days we had no internet and service wouldn't work in the house. We had to walk outside to street to even get it to work. We left early due to this inconvenience. Our children had school, we had work. And trying to plan our trip down there was not able to happen because we couldn't look anything up, order any food (now because we were out all the food we wanted to cook). I understand, ants happen, and internet outages happen. But this was by far the biggest inconvenience and problem of our trip and cut early

Great house!

House was excellent! Had all of the amenities described and so much more. Very close to all Disney parks. Could not have had a better vacation! The property manager responded very quickly to an issue that came up and was very friendly.

Fantastic Villa & Management

Firstly the villa was exactly as described and was well equipped, kitchen had all essentials needed. Beds very comfortable and a quiet neighbourhood. Pool & Spa excellent and was used most days. All parks within a reasonable distance, Walmart Supercentre within a very short drive. Excellent Vacations who managed the booking process and our stay were very efficient & professional (Rem was very quick to respond to any queries) We would recommend the villa with no hesitation and we did not have any issues during our stay. Good for families

Great property Plenty of room for large family Close to all attractions Very clean Saw 1 spider, 2 water bugs ( one was dead) so they must spray for bugs, and little ants in the kitchen by sink & stove. All in all very clean and neat. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots & pans for cooking, very well equipped. Nice touch to have to in the bathrooms because we had no rental car to run to the store the first night. There were towels for the pool and floats to use. Nice touch. Washer & dryer came with detergent and that was great. Very nice stay. Ever back in Orlando and I’d look to stay here again. Great stay.

Great house

Property was clean and presented as listed. We enjoyed this home and pool! Property manager was prompt in returning my call and addressed the one minor issue we had, which was the grill needed a replacement tank. He had it replaced that afternoon. I would definitely recommend this property.

We just checked out of this home and it was great. House had plenty of room and our adult children enjoyed the game room, pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quite large. Had to reach out to the Property manager a few times and he was always quick to respond. One of the master bedrooms TV couldn’t get cable but we dealt with it. Lots of supplies too - plenty of utensils and spices! Which was nice. Best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay for family with kids

This home was spotless. The first thing we did was kick off our shoes, and there was no dirt anyplace. There were plenty of well-placed hard-to-reach decorations, a nightmare for any cleaning person, but all were dusted very recently. Even the shelves holding the electronics had been recently cleaned. The design of the home was also well thought through. The two master bedrooms were away from the kitchen, allowing us old people to sleep in, without hearing the clamor in the kitchen. This home was also equipped with a roll-up plastic "fencing" securing the pool from the small children, while in the sitting area outside under the protective mosquito screening. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us to enjoy each other's company. The pool was maintained at a very comfortable 80 degrees, and the Hot was 100 degrees, for our entire stay. While the hot tub spills into the pool, creating a very pleasant atmosphere at night or early morning with coffee by the pool, the temperature drops. Once we turned it on, the water level dropped slightly and warmed to 100 degrees. It was wonderful. The management company was always prompt to respond to my questions and requests. One evening, I sent an email with a request, and within five minutes the changes were made remotely. Our property manager clearly wanted our stay to be the best it could be, and he made sure it was. We chose to do all of our dining in and avoid the crowds. Any grocery store we could dream of was within 20 minutes away. The neighborhood has a lovely park for the younger children which was a pleasant walk from the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and enjoyable to be in while staying. The local homeowners are all very pleasant as well. If we return to Orlando, we will certainly try to stay at this home with this management company.

A perfectly decorated and appointed family vacation home.

This house truly had it all for our group of 8 and felt very at home. There were pool floats for our littlest and a few stroller options which was perfect because the one we brought turned out to be broken. The air fryer was my favorite because it allowed quick snacks when we got back from the parks late. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return some day. The management company is top notch and made sure everything was great our entire stay. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved this house. Everything was really well stocked, with comfortable furniture and very nice updated appliances. Our kids loved the garage space with the pool table and pop-a-shot, along with all of the DVD's and video games. Easy drive to and from Disney every day. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

In town for our daughters wedding. The house was PERFECT for our family stay. Just like px!

We loved the layout of the house. It was extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. From my 80 plus year old parents to our 3 year old granddaughter, it fit us perfectly! The owner was quick with responses and a very helpful guest book topped off our experience wonderfully!!! We will for sure book this home again when its time for our granddaughters first Disney trip! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful home away from home!

Cool space...managers always respond

This home is lovely. Spacious rooms. Lovely pool...the kids enjoyed it fully. The WiFi was not the greatest so we didn't watch the TV. Couldn't get the balls to play pool and foosball, but the kids were able to play with the toys that were there. Anything that I did need help with, my emails were responded to most urgently to make my stay better.

This home was absolutely beautiful! We were able to get in contact with property management for any questions. We had no concerns, there was so much room for all 9 of us and the pool and game room were a huge hit with the younger kids. Overall experience is we would definitely choose this home again for next year!
