Our overall experience was very good. The host was amazing. Always got back on a timely manner. Our only concern was the shower floor it was very slippery.

Not a good experience with this rental company….

The photos are deceiving and this rental company is shady. We were told to be very careful when eating and drinking on the couch because it’s white and they wish to keep it looking nice. When we arrived we found the couch to be heavily soiled, and the top frame of the couch was actually broken. The fabric was torn and the whole couch was gross, along with the barstool seats. The photos on the listing must have been taken many years ago. I emailed the company immediately and made them aware and sent them pictures so I wouldn’t be held responsible. They acknowledged my email and apologized. During the week we attempted to use the microwave, but there was a piece of tape holding the door closed. Once we removed the tape, the door would no longer stay closed, and the microwave was literally loose in its cabinet. I notified the rental company who offered to have a maintenance person come by and look at it. I didn’t want to sit around waiting for maintenance while I’m on vacation so I told them not to worry about it and we would just work around it, but I wanted to make them aware so I would not be held responsible. The last night we were there, the air conditioner was remotely turned up on us and locked. It was almost 80° in the house when we woke up. I emailed them, and got an apology, no explanation. Now they are trying to keep my security deposit,accusing us of damaging the microwave,that was broken when we got there and which I already notified them about. Renters beware!!

Decent Stay with Some Concerns

The house was as described and offered plenty of features that would appeal to a family or group staying near Disney. The issues arose with communication and functionality of some these add-ons. There were additional fees and security deposits through the third party manager Upstay that were not indicated upon initial booking. This could be expected for most of these units, but when I tried to communicate what we needed they did not respond due to confusion on which platform they would be communicating through. We did not get a functional spa until more than half way through our trip. They sent an indoor technician for electrical and a home speaker repair that he did not know how to fix, we never were able to use them. Upstay did not respond to multiple messages for several days, and once they did we still took another almost 2 days to try to rectify the issues, most of which remained non-working. Ultimately, the home is nice, but the management needs to improve communication and functionality of these features to make the home worth the cost.

The Perfect Stay

Look no further! Beautiful and fun. I was cautious with some of the pool heating and other reviews but this house did not disappoint. The pool was warm and comfortable and the hot tub was hot and perfect, after I realized there is a button outside next to the door that kicks up the spa temperature. The grill was nice, the house was clean and looked just like the pictures, which don't do this house justice! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. The little kids (and us big kids) had so much to do. From shuffleboard to air hockey (finally a game where I can beat my husband!!) to the kids bringing their games to play on the Xbox and PS5. Movie nights in the theater room were a crowd favorite, as were the family dance off's with the kitchen and pool patio speakers. Communication with the host was great and if we needed anything they were quick to respond. One thing I was very relieved to see were child locks on all doors, especially those leading out to the pool and the pool fence. We read that there can be a long line getting into the neighborhood at 4pm so we arrived 15-20min early and waited at the clubhouse until 4pm so housekeeping could finish up. The traffic dies down around 5-6pm. What a great property, we were looking for a beautiful place to relax and have some good family fun. Wow, did we find it and made some amazing family memories that will last a lifetime. We will certainly be back, thank you for the great time! Thank you for the great memories!!

Great spacious home with awesome amenities!

A great home a lot of room for my family wish the hot tub was hot but was reimbursed. The property has a lot to do for kids and family friendly I recommend this property.

Lovely property, Great location!

Easy efficient process from booking to contactless check in. House was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We utilized all the bedrooms host was excellent with communication property was nice.

Lovely for a family vacation, However..........

The home is very beautiful. Perfect for hosting a large family. Communication was great. We did have an issue with the upkeep of the home. We had to purchase wash clothes at walmart, the outside seating needs to be replaces or super washed. The seating was extremely filthy. The grill needed to be cleaned as well. to charge so much for propane you would think the grill would be clean. Lastly, there is ONE knife and the pots are very old. There needs to be enough cookware to host a family. The home is really beautiful. Anything we needed I received a timely response and I am grateful for that

Birthday Location

I chose this spot to spend my 32nd birthday! Over all it was a great beautiful place. There were a few things wrong on arrival; dirty dishes, animal hair on linens, And a few other miscellaneous items hints. They were very prompt on fixing the situation! Oh her than that the place was great!

Not clean...does not match online rating.

Spent the first 3 hours cleaning. Old food left in theater room, floors dirty and pool needed cleaning. No batteries for main television and upstairs. Traffic entering the property even after registration took an hour. After having to leave to get cleaning supplies and batteries we literally didn't even experience the house the first day. Entire day wasted. The property manager was apologetic and responded quickly- but we were stuck at that point without other options.

Grandma & me weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Rented this property and everything was what I was looking for. Big open area from the kitchen all the way to the pool area. My grandkids and I have made special memories. They had a great time from playing in the game room to watching movies in the movie theater and waking up in the morning and jumping in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi. Will definitely be ok’ing back!!!!

We had a great time!

We had such a great time and created such great memories with family and friends. The house was very clean when we arrived. The picture of the pool is a bit deceiving; it's a lot smaller than it looks in the pic but still nice. Some of the TVs were not working properly but Joe was so quick to respond to all of our needs- absolutely AMAZING customer service! Thank you Joe!
