Cette fabuleuse maison de 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains est située au 1116 Castle Pines Ct à Kissimmee, en Floride. En tant qu'invité du Reunion Resort officiel, vous découvrirez les services et les commodités d'un AAA Four Diamond Resort. Vous aurez un accès GRATUIT et illimité au parc aquatique pour 12 personnes ainsi que l'accès à nos trois parcours de golf Signature, conçus par Watson, Palmer et Nicklaus. Nous proposons également une réception ouverte 24h / 24, un service de sonnette et un service de restauration en chambre de 16h00 à 22h00 en soirée (23h00 le week-end). Notre fantastique équipe de loisirs propose des activités pour les enfants de tous âges au parc aquatique chaque jour, et les vacances sont le moment idéal pour vivre des événements spéciaux et des événements amusants! Cette nouvelle maison de vacances de construction dans la communauté de Fairway Ridge à La Réunion dispose de 5 chambres dont 3 suites parentales, chacune dotée d'un lit king-size. Les deux autres chambres disposent d'un lit queen-size et de deux lits jumeaux. Deux suites de maître ont des balcons privés, l'une donnant sur le complexe et l'autre sur la piscine et le parcours de golf Nicklaus. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat et de ventilateurs de plafond.

Profitez du plan d'étage ouvert au niveau principal qui comprend un coin salon, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et une salle familiale avec accès direct à la piscine privée, au spa et au barbecue. Préparez des repas cuisinés à la maison dans la cuisine entièrement équipée et ultramoderne avec comptoir pour 4 personnes. Asseyez-vous et profitez de la salle de cinéma privée dotée d'un écran de 120 pouces et de sièges en cuir moelleux pour 9 personnes. A l'étage dans la mezzanine il y a un bar avec télévision à écran plat et une table de billard.

The golf was great. The house needs some work. Movie room not good, TV in pool table area needs to be updated, buy a smart TV that has ability to get more than two channels, the pool alarm is irritating, put a fence around pool and get rid of alarm

Great house with very comfortable beds. Interior was a bit dated, but more than functional for our group. No issues at all with getting into the house at the specified time. Didn't see anything left over from prior tenants which could have been helpful. We left laundry detergent, bottled water, storage bags and a few other items for the next occupants to use. Overall, a great experience

There was no complaints about the resort or rental we stayed in. It was a great location the view was great. Will definitely be staying there from now on. I even have friends and family who now to stay in the same place.

The place was nice, a little beat up and the movie room needs to have the TV updated, couldn't access live TV or other apps like Hulu or Amazon Prime Wouldn't stay in this one again. We love reunion and have stayed there 5 times and will come again just not to this unit

Everything was first class, service, accommodations and golf. Only issue was that we paid to have the pool heated and it did not seem to be heated the whole time we were there. That was disappointing for sure.

Very clean and large. It is a little worn and I sent you pictures of some of the issues. Coffee pot broken and they replaced it immediately. Sound in theater wasn't working and I called on Tuesday buy they never came to fix it.

Expected greatness, received greatness

The house was perfect for our stay. Exceeded expectations. Everyone was able to spread out, and the house was equipped with mostly everything we needed. Publix, Walmart, and a variety of other stores are nearby. I would only suggest a can of bug spray be stored in the house. We had to purchase some, because there were bugs in the entryway. On the first two days there were ants crawling all over the kitchen. Also, all the construction was unnerving. It's understandable there would be construction throughout the resort, but to have it on the block was a bit much. I'm already planning my return.

Disappointing

We called for help with connection for the theater room. We waited and when the person arrived we could not get it to work. My group was accused at the golf shop of not paying, then our cart stopped on the 15 hole. We waited 45 minutes for someone to bring another cart and was told after the round there was nothing that could be done to accommodate us for that.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The area was clean and groomed. Our house was very nice. We had never stayed in Orlando before. We tend to gravitate to the coast. We were very pleased to find that centrally locating ourselves it opened up all kinds of things to do. There were a couple of problems with the house. We had the awesome theatre room but was unable to enjoy it. We had someone over two times to help us figure it out. We were told both times that we were missing a cable box and remote but the problem was never solved. It was very disappointing that at no time the hot tub got warm making it useless. The contract wording would scare anyone off from asking for it to be heated with the rates being charged. My understanding is that it was supposed to be 10 degrees above ambient temperature. We had 90 degree days and at no time was it even close to being where it should have been.

The resort itself was nice, but several areas did not meet expectations. The “waterpark” was not truly a waterpark. It consisted of a lazy river with very few floats, most of which were extremely deflated, a small splash pad for young children, and a single slide. While the staff at the waterpark were very friendly, no towels were available for over an hour. The pickleball courts were well maintained, and the staff at the desk were also friendly. The house, however, had multiple issues. In bedroom one, the tile leading to the bathroom was cracked, which is a safety concern. The carpet on the stairs and second floor was in poor condition and in need of a deep cleaning. The recliners in the movie theater did not function at all. Maintenance attempted to make repairs, but the seating remained unusable throughout our stay. This was disappointing, as our family had been looking forward to relaxing together for a movie. Unfortunately, the theater was limited to streaming apps only, and with the poor Wi-Fi, any movie we attempted to watch would buffer and glitch within the first few minutes. Additionally, the bathroom in bedroom two was the only one with adequate water pressure. On a positive note, the backyard pool was small but enjoyable, and the kitchen area was spacious and well-suited to accommodate ten guests. Overall, we would stay at Reunion again, but not in the same house. It was disappointing to be unable to use many of the amenities the home was supposed to provide. Beautiful location within the resort. Great customer service. Awesome shuttle drivers. But the reason I say 'good' for my review is due to our theatre room. The whole back half of the chairs didn't recline because they weren't plugged in and no place to plug them in. The WiFi was so spotty that we couldn't watch wifi TV (Netflix) and the biggest complaint is that there was no cable box in the theater room. So we couldn't watch regular TV. We could only watch regular TV in the other rooms. The maintenance man came twice. But could not fix all items. He did get the back row of seats to work. The door that goes out to the back was a real pain. You can't leave the slider open, not even the screen due to the pool being in the back yard. So you have to push a button on one side, then QUICKLY go out and race around the corner to push the button on the outside. Otherwise it alarms VERY loudly. If you are holding drinks or food, it alarms no matter what because you don't have time to set your food down. That can't be controlled because it's a state law. We were told. HOWEVER, the door has to be closed the situated just perfectly or it continues to beep. Like 3 times until it's adjusted perfectly. Then it's done. But now the next person needs to go in for something else and the circus continues. It was so annoying.

Good house, some problems

Awesome house and location, check in process was very rocky - no email or communication on how to enter the house, we had to call the help line to figure out how to enter. Also - very annoying that the dishwasher was broken, maintenance could not fix so we had to hand wash all dishes for the long weekend.... very inconvenient.

The space in the house was good for a family of 10. Floors squeak overhead, no garage, roof leaked.

Engineering was not able to connect to the internet for our laptops and the pool was dirty when we showed up. The crew power washed the house while we were in the pool. Beware of new construction going on everywhere. Mgmt was accommodating when the roof leak wet one of the upstairs beds and my husband and I had to move to their hotel. Very nice, but not the same as being with the family in one house. They tried their best to make it up to us and offered to find another house but it was too hard to move 10 people after several days of being there. The construction of these houses is very poor, the floors squeak and the ceiling vent in the front bedroom rattled. The coping around the spa was broken on one corner (forgot to report to mgmt), no garage access and no heat to the spa was a disappointed. The house was well stocked for our cooking needs and centrally located to amenities. Reunion resort was clean and well managed. Food in both restaurants we ate at was good, service was good as well. We booked through VRBO, I would call the resort directly so if you have an issue as we did, they have more flexibility for satisfactory resolution.

House looks tired

It was a substandard stay. Being a former owner of several properties I would say: Should have been listed at 75% of the price advertised and a notice of construction going on next door. The pictures of the home are gorgeous, yet, upon arrival we found that the pool needs resurfacing, exterior lights were damaged, grill was on, pool table was torn and stained, carpeting was old/tired/gross, movie room seats were in poor shape, foundational crack caused tiles to crack, home next door was under construction so laborers woke us up at 7am with loud music you could hear through several walls, exterior stucco looks weathered and quality looks low,walls were touched up from visible damage and painted wrong color, addressed concerns with Kelsey from management company and she said someone would contact me.... they never did.
