Welcome to Liz and Duncan's privately owned luxury villa, which we would love to share with you. Our villa is perfect for two families sharing a Disney vacation together.

The covered Lanai is the perfect place for breakfast or a BBQ, outside without being in the direct sun.

The spa is a fun and relaxing spot for the big kids. Spa heating is free in the summer months (May through September). Pool heating is available if required, and includes the spa heating (fee applies).
Pool heating fees: $30 per day. Spa only $15 per day. Heating for the duration of your stay only.

VILLA LOCATION DETAILS

Indian Point is a beautiful and peaceful community, centered on a lake, and in wooded conservation surround. Conveniently close to Highway 192, with a Wal-Mart superstore just 1 mile away, and easy access to shops and restaurants. A ten to fifteen minute drive takes you to Disney world.
Universal is around 25 mins drive, SeaWorld is 20 mins.
Enjoy the tennis court and children's playground, and lakes in the Indian Point community.

Nearby are many Golf courses, Airboat Rides, and the famous Orlando Attractions.

Fabulous shopping at The Loop (10 mins), the Florida Mall, The Mall at Millenia , Orlando International Premium Outlets, and many more.
There is a large Walmart store conveniently located 1 mile away, and lots of shopping on nearby Highway 192.


Please note that for your security, and to aid the smooth running of the property management, there is a security camera outside of the house to monitor the front door and path. There are no cameras inside the house.

GETTING HERE

Orlando International airport ( MCO ) is around 25 mins drive, Sanford International is approximately 45 mins drive. Rent a car at the airport.

Very happy with our stay, proximity to theme parks is excellent. Beds were comfortable and sheets very soft. We enjoyed the pool day and night, sorry to leave after a wonderful holiday making memories!

We really enjoyed our time here. The hot tub was not up to temperature. We contacted the manager who came and had to turn it up then it was perfect for our stay during a rather chilly March week. They said theyd be back to fix a broken faucet but never returned. We also found 2 large dog treats in the couch which was rather confusing to us. The home was well equipped with everyday essentials but the inventory list from 2022 is out of date. The cleaners left some garbage bags, pods and sponges which was a nice little touch. Communication with host was great. Something else appreciated was the amount of towels. So many towels! We spent most our time by the pool, it was the highlight of our trip! We wouldnt necessarily stay here again as we like to try new places but would recommend it to family or friends.

It was a week spent with family that was most enjoyable partly due to the house and its amenities. Close to all the things we needed. Not too far from the attractions. This is yhe second time we have stayed at this property and look forward to it again. Already talking about returning next year.

I was concerned when reading the comments. However, none of the negative comments were accurate for our stay. There were zero bugs. The place was clean. The pool was fabulous. Neighborhood felt safe—people were out walking dogs. Towels were plentiful. Giant washer/drier. One note was that they didn’t have any shampoo. Things were not brand new, but everything was clean. I would stay here again. Thanks!

We were amazed and pleased with the availability of everyday essentials that were available to us. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out and have time to ourselves but also a table big enough to enjoy dinners together. Any questions and concerns we had were answered within a few hours.

Villa conforme à la description. L'équipement dans la cuisine est pour une fois adapté aux nombre de personnes ( ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas). Les kits de démarrage ( sac poubelle, lessive...,) sont bien fourni. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont parfaits ( c'est un vrai jacuzzi qui chauffe en supplément évidemment) . Le barbecue gratuit c'est très bien. Il faut juste pour avoir une nouvelle bouteille aller a Walmart pour 20. Nous avons eu un souci de climatisation/ chauffage et René est intervenu rapidement et il a fallu l'intervention de technicien qui étaient parfaits. Tout a bien fonctionné après. Je loue des villas chaque année et c'est pour moi l'une des meilleures. On voit que les propriétaires sont attentifs à leurs hôtes.

House had the pool and rooms needed as listed, the location was very convenient. however i would recommend the owners visit their property or review the contracts with management team/cleaning team, as there were definite issues. Garden maintenance had not been done for several weeks, front door entrance on arrival was filthy. we cleaned it for you now. The patio was full of black dirt that flowed in rivers when it rained. The pool was well kept. We were told that we had to clean the grill if used or we would be charged, however this had obviously not been enforced before as the grill was filthy! who is checking that before the next guests? We had to clean it before use and then we cleaned it again after use and it clearly had not been cleaned for many uses. If this is not the cleaners job, who is checking it? The dryer vents need clearing, the alarm keeps going off for it, and no one has done that for ages it appears. General maintenance needs some attention to detail and your cleaners are not doing a thorough job. The safe had rust around it on the carpets where someone had previously tried to break in by the look of it, but the cleaners have never cleaned around it in the closet. A lot of dust around too. appears they are doing a quick job between stays. Worst of all was the bins. The one bin was FULL with stinking rubbish, not been put out for weeks. the other recycling one was full top with boxes & old clothes. I put them all out, but that shouldn't be the guests job

Lovely villa nice and spacious, good location for our stay.My only concern was the cutlery draw lots of the steak type knifes mainly, were dirty from previous guests, spoons and forks, i washed mostly everything before we used it, but the rest of the place was tide.Finding the code for the safe wasnt easy, the file only had xxxx so had to email you for this. But overall a pleasant stay. And gorgeous weather, pool was a hit with the kids and us adults.

Magical Memories

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool and hot tub/spa were heated perfectly. Highly recommend paying the extra for the heat if staying in the winter months. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 letting the kids spread out across the house. The communication with the host and property management was excellent. Very responsive to any questions. We had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend for a family looking for a home with a private pool for a stay in The Orlando area including Disney World.

Our 3 week holiday in the sun

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying at Liz and Duncan's property. The house was is in the perfect location for all amenities, close to theme parks, shopping and the all you can want only a short drive away. Any small issues we had were quickly resolved by Tracy. The pool and spa were great but the one small bug bear for us was the garden furniture, we found it not very user friendly due to it being made from plumbers pipework rather than metal. Overall we would definitely book again when we came back to Florida for our next visit in a few years time.

A great base - good facilities

Overall a decent property; a great size, good location, and great value for money. Probably could do with a bit of modernising compared to similar properties to elevate it to a really high standard, and despite the pool and spa being a great size, the outside space feels like it needs a bit of a deep clean. We had some minor issues which were quickly responded to by the property owner, who was very responsive throughout. Overall a decent enough value for money property which was ideal as a base for our theme park holiday.
