All dogs must be caged when left by themselves. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds.

The positive to the stay was there were no ants, roaches or rats. The rest is downhill. The pictures are old and outdated so what you see on the website are false. The yard is overgrown and unkept. The screen door is about to fall off. The faucet in the kitchen about to fall off and the toilet lid in the main bathroom about to fall off. The second main bedroom bathroom was nasty with hair in the tub and on the toilet. The beds were old, creaky and uncomfortable. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the stove is old and rusty. We were so disappointed with this property and felt mislead by the pictures. The only thing that made this trip enjoyable was our days at the parks which took over an hour to get there EVERY DAY! I'm just very disappointed!!

Very disappointing experience overall. For a 4-day stay, only one roll of kitchen paper towels was provided, along with very few garbage bags, extremely limited cookware, and an insufficient number of towels. Only two washing pods were supplied, which is clearly inadequate for multiple days. On top of that, there was an extremely annoying door alarm that kept going off and made the stay uncomfortable.We also paid extra for pool heating (36.75 per day for 3 days, totaling 110.25, plus a 26.25 last-minute fee). Unfortunately, the pool took nearly three days to reach a normal temperature, so we were only able to use it for one day. This made the pool heating fee feel like a complete waste.Additionally, the game room was not clean and appeared very poorly maintained. Overall, the amenities and maintenance did not match what was advertised or what we paid for, and we were left very dissatisfied with our stay.

My family stayed here for 3 weeks in Sept. 2025. Our vacation was a blast but unfortunately the biggest negative was the rental house. The house looks like a poorly done flip, is very rundown and poorly maintained.When we arrived we were met by an overgrown yard that blocked the front door and a horrible decay smell throughout the house. Turns out the dishwasher was broken and a puddle of wastewater filled the bottom pan that had clearly sat there for a while. The management company was slow to act so we had no dishwasher for the first 10 days of our stay. The house was not well cleaned - counters were filmy, floors made out socks dirty and bathrooms had mildewy smells.. It's clear no one cleans, inspects and repairs things in between rentals as the pool alarms and remote controls had dead batteries and many furniture items were shaky and need tightening or reinforcing.The "gameroom" is unusable. Even with the portable A/C cranking 24/7 it was at least 80 degrees in there - not a place you'd comfortably spend time.The location is difficult if you are heading to the parks. We purposefully went on a slow crowd time at the parks yet it regularly took us 50 minutes to get to Disney.I could go on endlessly about the poor fixtures and furniture, wallpaper peeling, wobbling fans, holes in drywall/floors, etc. but there is a character limit on reviews. We lived in Orlando for several years and have rented other houses while doing Disney and there are many better options.

Family Getaway

The property was just as listed. We enjoyed the pool! We were surprised by the provided floats and noodles. The beds were fine and the kitchen was stocked well. We stayed 8 nights, so it was great being able to do laundry. We had to wash towels a couple of times during our stay because there are only two bath towels in each bedroom. But, that was not a huge issue.

Bright spacious property in quiet location

Property was very well placed for travel to Disney World, even in peak traffic we were never more than 30 min drive. Plenty of stores, restaurants within a short drive. Excellent communication with host and check in/out process was very simple.Property is clean but we felt the pool area could be kept better. The outdoor furniture has a number of marks and stains. The pool often had insects in it which is no one’s fault but the pool skimmer was very dirty and would only make things worse so we had to go out and buy another. Overall would recommend the property

A Magical Stay!!

A Magical Stay – Perfect for Families!We had an incredible two-week stay at this beautifully managed home. Every detail was thoughtfully designed with Disney-inspired whimsy, making it a joy to return to after a day at the parks. The private pool was pristine and the perfect way to unwind.The home was impressively spacious, and the beds were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. One of the biggest highlights was the game room—a converted garage that provided a second living space, which was a game changer (haha) for our grown son.Located in a safe, gated community, the house was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed, including a Grogu and Mickey waffle maker that made for delicious mornings.What made this stay even more special was that we were able to bring our dogs—no family member was left behind! For anyone looking for a perfect home base for an extended trip south, this place is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!
