With eight spacious bedrooms, large groups will have no problem getting comfortable here. There are two bedrooms on the main level with ensuite bathrooms, and the remaining bedrooms are on the upper level. Two of the upstairs bedrooms also have private ensuites and the other two share access to two Jack-n-Jill-style bathrooms. Each bathroom is outfitted with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you need not overpack.
No matter where you lay your head, you can look forward to comfy beds, fresh linens, and room-darkening curtains for a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen TV, allowing you to drift off to sleep watching your favorite shows and movies. Three of the suites have king-sized beds, while the fourth has a queen-sized bed. The remaining four bedrooms feature a mix of twin and double beds.

This home is uniquely situated so that you can enjoy privacy and serenity from a private covered lanai, heated pool, and hot tub overlooking a natural conservation area. Our home has no neighbors in the back with a pool enclosure surrounded by a privacy screen giving you solitude on either side of the property.
The outside space is perfect for lounging, whether it be on a reclined sun chair, the new outdoor furniture, or on the luxurious serenity chair. There is also a flat-screen Smart TV mounted near the patio furniture, and string lighting for enjoying this lovely space after the sun goes down.
In addition to the home’s private space, you can enjoy free access to all the resort amenities. The resort and gated community, Windsor at Westside, offer an epic setting that adds another layer of magic to your experience here. Clubhouse amenities include a resort-style pool, a Lazy River, a kids’ waterpark, cabanas, a tiki bar, a gym, an arcade, sand volleyball and basketball courts.

✹ You will have full access to the entire house plus the huge resort. Note that the home sits in the Windsor at Westside gated community. The resort clubhouse is best accessed by walking instead of driving to avoid backups at the gate. It is only a 7-minute walk from the property!
✹ Please make yourself at home. The front door to the home is protected by an automatic lock that can be opened by a 4-digit security code which will be provided to you 24 hours before the start of your paid booking.
✹ Driveway and street parking are available. Please be respectful and park only on the paved areas and not on grass. We also have a Level 2, 16-to-50 Amp 240V EV charger available for your use.
We provide a complimentary starter set that includes

You can rest assured that you will have a fully sanitized home upon check-in as we adhere to Airbnb’s 5-step Enhanced Cleaning Process. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, the family room, as well as the lanai, allowing for clean and fresh airflow throughout the home.
✹ Absolutely no more than 19 guests (including infants and children) will be allowed to stay in the home in compliance with Fire safety regulations. No extra visitors or guests outside of the number included in the reservation are allowed without prior written consent from the owners.
✹ Pool heating is FREE and is included with your stay!
✹ The pool is equipped with a pool alarm as required by law. The sliding door leading to the pool has an alarm that will sound when the sliding door is opened. Please DO NOT tamper with the alarm. The pool is also equipped with a removable pool fence for safety.
✹ BBQ grill rental is $100/week stay (includes one propane tank and cleaning). Additional refills for propane would be extra.

The resort and gated community, Windsor at Westside is a lovely & safe neighborhood. The home is an easy walk to the resort’s clubhouse and community lake. Transportation outside our community is usually by personal or rental car. Uber & Lyft are also popular options for getting around. You are in the middle of everything! There are many great restaurants and other attractions as we are located in the heart of Kissimmee.
Windsor at Westside is located off of US 192 in the heart of Orlando’s tourist district, just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 8 miles to Walt Disney World theme parks, 20 minutes from Universal theme parks and more.
