Just spent a week at this property with my family and loved it. Everything was as advertised, even the fireworks! We had two small hiccups upon arrival but the management team took care of everything promptly without issue. The house was very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed not having anyone behind us. With the eastern exposure we had sun from early morning until late afternoon. We also utilized the heating option for the pool and spa and it was well worth it. We've had pool/spa heat with past rentals that really didn't live up to the hype but this was perfect. While my wife and I didn't use the "resort" facilities much, the couple of times we visited the service was good and people friendly. The security of the resort is a nice feature. While it can get busy at times at the front gate it's nice knowing that the facility is safe. We would recommend this home to anyone thinking about staying at this resort.

Check in was smooth, the house was great and a wonderful location close to the resort. The themed rooms were a nice touch for kids and the adults enjoyed their rooms as well. We had plenty of space and room for everyone. Kids also enjoyed the game room! We would definitely stay at this home again!

Great for large groups, 25 minutes to Disney parks

The house was fine for what we needed but was not as nice as other properties we've stayed at in the area. We had an issue with one of the AC units the first day we arrived, where it stopped working. We notified the property manager and someone came out. They fixed it, but it meant we had a random person in our house at 10pm on the first night of our stay. No issues with it after that, fortunately.Pros:- Good for large groups, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms- The upstairs loft is nice and spacious. The kids enjoyed hanging out there- Nice to have your own pool and it backs up to a green space so neighbor noise was minimal- You can see some fireworks in the far off distanceCons:- The check-in process was chaotic. We checked in right around 4pm and the intersection where you check in is VERY busy and cars are coming in at all directions. It took 30 minutes to get through the line and into the resort complex because they have to register all new guests. - The house is minimally stocked so plan to buy all of the supplies you'll need like trash bags, toilet paper, coffee and filters, etc. I realize that these things aren't always supplied, but we didn't even have a full roll of toilet paper to start out in some of the bathrooms - The game room is a nice feature, but it's hot and dark out in the garage that we barely spent any time there. The wall AC unit didn't help- Everyone complained that the beds were very firm- Pool heating and propane for the grill are extra

Great House, Location, and Pool

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool (pool heat was great) and back porch with the nice open view. The community pool heater wasn't working so we didn't spend time there, but we took advantage of mini golf and the basketball court. Communication with the property management was easy and they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible VRBO rental property in Orlando, Florida, near Disney World with my family, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition and welcoming ambiance of the home. The location was perfect, just a short drive from Disney World, which made our daily trips to the parks incredibly convenient. The property itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals for the family. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a peaceful retreat after our long days of adventure. The kids especially loved the themed rooms, which added an extra layer of excitement to their stay. The living areas were perfect for relaxing together as a family, and the internet and Windsor resort options kept everyone happy. One of the highlights was the private pool and patio area. We spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The outdoor space was a fantastic addition that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, providing detailed instructions and that enhanced our experience. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we had a wonderful stay truly stood out. Overall, our stay at Disney Fireworks By The Pool property was outstanding. It exceeded our expectations!

House was great and property manager was also great and very responsive. I think our only feedback is to provide a few more basics… ie hot pad holders (we had to use hand towels to remove stuff from the oven), more towels ( house can sleep 16 I believe, we were 14 and there wasn’t a towel for everyone), wash cloths (there were none). Overall it was a great place and we would go back! Also, if you pay for the pool to be heated, you will need to let the jacuzzi tub run for about an hour to get it hot.

Comfortable and close to resort pool and amenities as well as Disney and Universal locations.

Fifteen of my family members rented the house and had a blast. It was very convenient to local shopping and entertainment as well as the resort activities area itself. One and only issue was the A/C in the game room/garage was not working well, so it was quite warm in there. As a result, we didn't spend much time in there, but it didn't impact our stay significantly. Host was excellent and quick to respond to all questions. In fact, he send someone to fix the A/C unit, but it didn't seem to be fixed. We would definitely stay there again.

Me and my family had an amazing vacation at this home. Looked just like the pictures. Pool was amazing and all the kids really enjoyed the clubhouse. I had great communication with the host and check-in was very easy. The home was equipped with all the cookware you could need, lots of bath towels and beach towels, extra blankets and pillows etc… there were a few cons such as, the home only gets cool at night once the sun has gone down because during the day it was constantly 77 in the house. We had a full house of people and we did pretty good at keeping the back doors closed but I was still uncomfortable at times due to the heat, the refrigerator is not cool either but freezer works fine, it’s too hot in the garage converted game room to actually be in there even though they do have a wall unit installed, also the air hockey machine doesn’t blow air so we could not play that anyway. Beds were pretty comfortable but the master bedrooms pillows could be a bit thicker. The master bedroom does get nice and cold at night so I was very thankful for that. Definitely bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and trash bags. The home only had salt and pepper so you will need to bring whatever other seasonings you need. All in all I think was a great choice for my first Vrbo rental experience and I would absolutely recommend to others to stay here. We left behind my kids IPad and I’m waiting to hear back from the host. I’m hoping they can mail it to me.

Awesome stay! Property was clean and checkin was simple. Community feels safe and friendly. House layout was amazing for a large family with various age groups. We were able to have space to decompress after park but also ample room to be together. Pool was heated at arrival as requested.

The home was beautiful, very clean and everything you needed to cook. The only thing we couldn't use fully the gas grill it went empty in the middle of grilling the first time. We were able to finish on the stove. But I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay there again!
