Lovely Home

My family and I stayed at this property for about 6 days. It had everything we needed and more. The kiddos loved the pool and spa. We were within 25 mins of all disney parks. We definitely would stay here again.

Lovely holiday villa

We had a lovely 3 week stay in this villa. It is situated in a very quiet street around 30 minutes from Disneyworld. It was exactly as advertised and super clean. A little dated in some of the bedrooms. Lovely pool area and the pool is cleaned weekly (saw the guy every Tuesday!). Thank you for an awsome stay

Great place to stay.

Great place to stay with your family it's about 30 minutes away from SeaWorld in about 40 minutes away from Legoland. House has everything you could need to stay for a week plus very thoughtful amenities and extras tomorrow while you are there. House was very clean master beds were very comfortable. There's a Publix about a mile away in a Walgreens at the end of the street that the house is located on. Pool and hot tub are wonderful and we're very clean and the pool heating worked very well.

Great Vacation Home

Clean, well maintained with everything a family needs for a memorable vacation. We had the pool heated and the grand kids spent all day in it. The swimming pool toys were perfect and the additional pool table in the garage made for additional fun. The clubhouse 4 homes down was an extra bonus. The clubhouse has a nice workout area and the large outdoor pool was great. The clubhouse was very clean and the manager inside was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Property management is very helpful and the owners are incredible. We are planning on returning next year.

Orlando Theme Park Trip

House was great and the pool was a major plus! Not too far away from all of the theme parks. The only negative thing we could say is the house temperature stayed between 78-83 degrees during the day. It did cool down to 75 at night. We just weren’t used to it being that hot inside. Taking dips in the pool seemed to keep everyone from complaining, and saved cooking for later in the afternoon, Definitely enjoyed our stay here. the home was very spacious and everyone had a great time!

Great location with 2 master suites

Spacious home with a great pool. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were moving our daughter to Orlando for the Disney College Program and spent 2 days at the park, so we were very busy. The pool at the end of each day was a great way to relax. The house is clean, but definitely could benefit from some updates. We’ve stayed in several houses over the years, and this one was one of the more dated. We had an old TV in our room and despite my best efforts, the only channel that would come in was the lifetime move network. I’m tech savvy and tried every remote to no avail. I require a TV to sleep, so it wasn’t pleasant viewing. Especially since it was during the olympics and I really hoped to watch that. But overall that wasn’t a big deal. There were a few items poolside that got looked over by the cleaning crew. An old napkin and a qtip. Not pleasant, but didn’t effect our overall experience enjoying the pool. The only other inconvenience was the lack of skillets and cooking utensils. I cooked breakfast a lot and had to improvise. We made it work, but hopefully that gets rectified for the next guests. Overall a beautiful home with a great pool and excellent location. We really had a wonderful time on our mini vacation and send off to our daughter. Check in was completely painless. A few additional pots and pans and some updates and this house would be perfect. I would stay again.

The house itself was nice, poor upkeep on certain areas could be better.

The house and location were really nice, but there were a few issues. Need better weekly maintenance on the pool. After two days at Universal, we were looking forward to using the pool but were unable to use it on the 20th or 21st. We woke up the morning of the 20th to find it looking as green as grass. Pool people came over and dosed it with ALOT of chemicals to fix it, and we were told not to get in it. Both neighbors pools looked great, so obviously weekly maintenance isn't performed properly on this pool. When we left on Saturday it was still green. Secondly, while the pool table is a good way to pass some time there is only one good stick, no cue chalk, and not all the balls are there. Thirdly, we found the carpet in one of the bedrooms soaked with water in an area near the bathroom entrance. Upon looking at it more closely, there was mold/water damage on the bathroom baseboard from a leaky tub that should have been detected long before it was if the house was over more carefully. Plumber was at the house for several hours working on that one day of our stay as well. Lastly when we arrived, it was 84 degrees in the house and took all evening to get it a reasonable sleeping temperature (after we went to Walmart and bought fans). Not exactly the best environment to come into after being on the road for 12 hours and wanting to cool down and relax. Overall it's a nice house, in a nice area, that could be a lot better if it were taken care of better. We really enjoyed our stay, but not the inconveniences.

Great place to stay!

Clean properry in a nice neighborhood. Communication with manager was good. Only complaint was the washer didn’t spin laundry out so I stayed up all night to make sure the 4 loads of towels were dry per requirements for check out. Would definitely stay at this home again

Beautiful Home with Minor Flaws.

You've got a beautiful home and decent location. The sheets on the beds weren't great. They kept popping off the sides and would tangle around you. The air conditioning was a major issue as well.. Most days during our trip the Temps were well into the 90s and a couple 100s. Would have been nice to be able to cool off in the AC, if the sign asking not to go below 75 and thermostat not being able to set lower than 71, would have allowed. It's Florida in July, so it's hot and humid and to have to sleep that way is miserable. Other than that we had no issues with the home.

Won’t Disappoint

I found this home to be as advertised, it was a GREAT home for family FUN! The pool and pool area was clean, several water toys and floatation toys are available. Towels were plentiful, bathrooms were immaculate, Mr. Tim next door and his dog Cody were friendly.. my only complaint is that you need a new washer and dryer. Location was great for gas, groceries and fast food. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Mrs. Attical

Immaculate and comfortable

We loved our stay! The hosts have thought of every comfort possible and we loved the space, the pool, the comfortable beds, and the cute Disney touches throughout the home. We would love to stay here again in the future. We have always stayed in a on sight at Disney, and we were worried about having to commute back and forth and if it would take away from the vacation. It didn’t at all! The drive was about 20 to 25 minutes, and that was with some traffic. It was actually nice that we passed some places to eat l, grab good coffee, or buy souvenirs outside of the parks. For Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot the parking is close to the entrance and we walked right in. It was quickl. Magic Kingdom you park in a lot and take a tram to the transportation center where you can take either monorail or ferry ride. It took a little bit longer to get into the park but it was a very efficient process and the kids enjoyed the ferry and monorail. We will definitely stick with staying off property again in the future. We loved relaxing at the house.

Spring break family vaca

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable and so much space for my family. It was nice getting away from the crowds and having a quiet place to rest and only a short drive to Disney. The neighborhood is quite and the pool was a perfect size for my family to relax and have fun! I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic, child friendly home for our Disney vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home had enough space for all of our big family, the pool was wonderful, we loved having access to the clubhouse pool and swingset, and it was very accessible to get to the Disney parks. We would highly recommend this and would even stay there again. Thank you!

Great value and locatin

We stayed at three vacation rentals in Florida over three weeks and this was the absolute best. First- the price was very reasonable. It was least expensive with the most amenities. The house was very clean and well appointed. My 5 yr. old granddaughter enjoyed the Disney themed bedroom and other sparingly placed Disney items. ( not overwhelming ). It was very convenient to shopping and our host Miki was very pleasant and very responsive : usually within an hour. Overall, definitely worth the price and I would book again.

Family Disney Vacation

We planned a week at Disney, and wanted to stay off site. This rental was a good price, and had several amenities we were looking for. House was a good size for a larger group (we had 9 total). There was an issue with some of the set up not being finished by the time we got there, but a quick call to the property manager and we were able to make it right. Overall, would stay again. Really a great week and we were definitely pleased with the area and the ease of travel to the parks every day.

Great place to stay

House looked just as it did in the pictures. Nice location and neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. About 10 min drive to Disney. There some minor things…remotes not having batteries, some night lights not working, pool lights out for night swimming, and some rafts with holes but nothing that affected our stay! We would stay again!

Just okay

This property has the ability to be better. Cleanliness wasn't up to par. There was another guest's hair on two of the beds on the sheets and on a pot when I went to cook. Not sure if it was from the pot or counter. Same color and texture. The walls are that flat white paint so when u enter it looks like a thousand hands have touched it. Just not a great impression for a first arrival. Wifi didn't work until day 4 of out 6 night trip. Which was such an inconvenience for the adults and kids. Especially since the pool time must end and Disney was on the last end of our trip. So now I have exhausted all my hot spot from my cell phone and on my sleep in day I was awake by the internet guy who needed access to my room. So then there is the Spa.... we had 1 good day where the spa actually worked. Im specially taking about the jets. Management was pretty responsive but we went through a few people before we had it working whenever we turned the timer.... by the time they got it working it was our park times and then the last night... we turned the timer and no jets.
