The villa and pool were nice, a little tired and slightly dirty in places, but a lovely place to spend a few weeks. Jason was great - he communicated promptly, arranged for extra sunbeds for us, and was courteous and responsive. Highlands Reserve is a wonderful location (this is our second time staying there), it's quiet and convenient.
The only other comment (and this isn't so much a criticism as a tip for future visitors) is not to expect many 'essentials'. We stayed in many villas over the years and usually (though not always) they've left tea, coffee, pasta, tinned tomatoes, dishwasher tablets, maybe some milk and occasionally even a welcome basket - really handy when you arrive late with kids. However, there was almost nothing like this when we arrived - other than washing up liquid, four washing machine 'pods' and one toilet roll in each bathroom, the villa was completely empty. This is fine, there was no obligation to provide these things and we just went to the local supermarket the following day; however, we were surprised at just how little there was (it was almost as if the previous guests had stripped the place clean).
Despite this (and again, it was just a comment and not really a criticism), I would recommend both Jason and this villa if you're staying in Orlando.
