Whether you want to be part of the action Central Florida has to offer, or just relax on the calm and colorful Villa grounds, be sure this resort is for you. This three bedroom will meet all your needs whether you use it as your command center to fuel up and start your busy day, or as your home away from home. It has all your conveniences of home from High Speed Wireless Internet to Full size washer and dryer. Two heated pools are on site for your use. A newly redone zero depth entry pool with water features for children. One more resource for your relaxation is the hot tub located by the pool.

The place was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We were all very comfortable.

The property was very quiet and relaxing. The pool areas were beautiful. We spent most of our time at the pool area across the street at the resort hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near Disney or just to relax in the sun. Thanks to Lydia for offering this vacation home.

Perfect getaway

Perfect place to stay with my daughter and her bestie. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Coco Beach wasn’t a far drive and lots of teen activities at the resort. Old Town was close too. Overall it was clean and we had everything we needed for our seven day stay. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available additionally.

Overall good

Place was nice but beds were very firm, I was fine with firm but the rest of my family was not. Kitchen was sparsely stocked. Not much toilet paper was supplied and with the place would have had games stocked to give us something to do while it rained. Host was very good about responding to messages and overall we were happy with the stay.

Close to everything

Plenty of room for the 9 of us. master bed was comfortable. Had a great stay after owner had air conditioner fixed. Things happen. Didnt realize when booking the pools with slides is at their shared property. But the little kiddie area and pool was fine. putting green area must be at shared property as well, we never seen them. FELT VERY SAFE. gated resort. owner was great to work with.

We had a great family vacation at Disney and this condo was perfect in every way! Clean, wonderful décor, appliances, bedding - loved everything about it and would not hesitate to recommend to friends. Enjoyed everything about our stay. While the place was nice on the surface, we continued to notice unclean area's through out. we contacted the property management and they did come that day but as we continued to find other areas that needed cleaning the property management didn't accommodate our repeated calls. Also, most all the electrical outlets don't hold a plug. They are old and need to be replaced.

Perfect for our large family!

We are a family of 6, and this was just perfect for us. So much room - bedrooms and bathrooms galore, wonderful kitchen and large table to eat at, large living room to hang out in, several large screen TV's. Spotlessly clean, all the amenities you might need, and very close to Disney if you're interested in that

Beautiful, spacious, clean

Owner was very pleasant to work with. Great property, great location! It was close to Disney, about 15 min. Drive. Lots of nice touches to make us feel at home. There was even laundry soap left for us to use. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean, convenient and economical!

The property was exactly as shown and described! It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. We had 5 people staying, and it was roomy. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, as were the rental management personnel. We had no complaints at all. It was a quick walk to the pools which are very nice. Easy access to Orlando (but a few traffic jams.) The only thing I would note is that it is a second story condo. My 80+ year old mom had no problem with the interior stairs, (with a railing) because she is fit, but she would have liked a lower seated hard chair to use while dressing. We will highly recommend this condo to others!

Made our Army Reunion Perfect!

Excellent facilities and the condos were clean and well stocked with everything we needed.. Would highly recommend staying here. We had 2 condos from different owners. Patsy and Lydia were easy to work with and communicated quickly. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and the gym was adequate for a quick workout. Everyone enjoyed the stay. We would definitely go back there.

Clean, spacious & amazing customer service from the owner.

The condo was in an ideal location within minutes of stores restaurants and the parks. The spacious rooms provided ample space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The unit was clean and sufficient supplies were available. The owner provided excellent customer service and great tips prior to our trip which helped ensure we were prepared (thank you). There were a few negatives which prevented the full five star rating: the toilet in the master bathroom ran continually (we closed the door to help prevent it from interfering with our sleep), the outside door is on the ground level, but you walk in and immediately go up a flight of stairs, and the beds were quite uncomfortable. That said, the couches were very comfy (we didn't use the pull out beds). The kitchen had the basics; pans, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, etc.... The subdivision is very well maintained and the pool area is beautiful. We didn't have any small children, but the kiddie pool would have made their trip if they'd still been younger. The check-in was quick and easy and the requirements when leaving were very reasonable (we've stayed in some condos where what is asked of departing guests is a bit much considering what you pay in cleaning fees). Overall a nice condo in an ideal location.
