Mid Century Modern 3rd floor corner unit. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Super stylish, quiet condo close to pool, stores and casual dining. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

**A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.

THE SPACE
Welcome to our new, remodeled light, airy, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the fabulous gated Vista Cay Resort community just minutes to everything! Quiet and private this condo sleeps up to 6. Hard floors, remodeled kitchen plus all new furniture! You will love our open-plan space with comfortable seating and south facing balcony. The dining area leads to a fully equipped open plan remodeled kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast to dinner with a granite counter height breakfast bar. Just off the living area, with comfy seating and big screen smart TV, is a private balcony where you can enjoy the sun all day.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a hybrid king mattress with en-suite bathroom and a large walk in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms both have pillow-top mattresses (1 is king, the other a queen). and all bedrooms have overhead fans and Roku TVs.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

Your Vista Cay is a small, friendly & professional management company. We are based on Vista Cay Resort and always available to assist you. We aim to make your stay the best possible, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any needs you may have before or during your stay. This is your home away from home and we hope you'll be relaxed, comfortable and leave with great memories of your time with us.

We manage several properties in Vista Cay Resort. So, if the property you are interested in is not available for your dates, please send us an inquiry, so that we can send you the other listings that we do have available.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory. Great option if you're looking to stay in the Orlando area. Close to everything. Enjoyed that I could walk to the grocery store right accross the street to grab a few things. Check-in and check-out was a very smooth and easy process. Overall 5 star stay!
