This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath house in Windsor at Westside offers 2,622 square feet for up to 14 guests, and it earns its keep in the hours a family is actually home. Two of the five bedrooms are themed down to the murals, so the kids fight over rooms instead of sulking about bedtime. The Harry Potter-inspired home theater turns the evening after a park day into its own event, with six reclining seats facing a large TV under floating-candle chandeliers. Even the corridor between the themed rooms was built out, with a red shopfront window stocked with wands and spellbooks and a Gringotts entrance in painted columns. Downstairs, the open kitchen with island seating and the dining table keep the group together for breakfast before the gates open, a washer and dryer let you pack lighter, and a dedicated workspace is there for the morning someone has to take a call.

Resort Amenities

Windsor at Westside is built around a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with a zero-entry pool, water slide, lazy river and a kids' splash area. The Tu Casa Bar & Lounge serves poolside, and the arcade gives teenagers somewhere to go on the afternoon nobody wants another park. A fitness center, market and deli, sand volleyball and multipurpose courts, a lake and pier and a kids' playground round out the community, all a short walk or golf cart ride from the house.

You have exclusive use of the entire house: all five bedrooms, the bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, home theater, laundry and the screened pool deck with its hot tub area and BBQ grill. Parking on the driveway is yours as well. The resort amenities are shared with other guests: clubhouse, zero-entry pool, water slide, lazy river, Tu Casa Bar & Lounge, arcade, fitness center, market and deli, sand volleyball court and kids' playground.

We answer by message and phone around the clock, in several languages, whether the question is how to work the theater remote, where to eat after park close or what to do about a flight that landed at two in the morning. Late arrivals, early questions and last-minute changes are handled by someone who can be at the house the same day.
Windsor at Westside is a gated resort community in Kissimmee, on Morocco Way, 10 to 14 minutes by car from Walt Disney World. Universal Orlando is 25 to 32 minutes, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 30 to 38 minutes, and a Walmart for groceries is 5 to 10 minutes away. Vineland Premium Outlets are 12 to 18 minutes. Inside the gates the streets are quiet and residential, with families walking to the clubhouse in the evening and 24-hour controlled access at the entrance.
The community sits beside State Road 429, which runs straight to the Disney parks and connects to I-4 for Universal, SeaWorld and the outlets. Free parking on the driveway fits two cars, with street parking inside the resort for a third. A rental car is the practical choice here; rideshare covers the area if you prefer to leave the driving to someone else after a long day.
