At the house, you will have available to you a private pool (heat available for an additional $40 per night- has to be for the entire stay); a private pool table room. All bedrooms have TVs The kitchen, living room, and dining room is set up on an open-concept so you can enjoy even more with your family and friends.

*POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional cost of $40 /night and has to be for the entire stay, we do not do partial payments. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

** BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $40. This will cover the cleaning of the grill so you do not have to worry about cleaning it before checkout. Guests will also be responsible for obtaining their own propane. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it, otherwise you will have to refill the tank that is there.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the clubhouse and amenities there.

Other things to note
Ring doorbell camera is outside of the house facing the street, and is recording during a reservation, NO cameras inside the home.

**PARKING**
-Please park in the two designated parking spots in front of the house. If you have more than 2 vehicles, make sure to look for visitor spots. DO NOT park in spots in front of other houses.

We offer complimentary WiFi

-We offer pool heating for an additional $40 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warmed up to 84º (maximum temperature for the pool). I recommend to let us know in advance that you want this option so when you get to the house, the pool will be heated already.

We offer a propane gas grill. There will be a $40 fee for use paid before check in. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. If the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Otherwise, you are responsible for it.
