☀ The spacious family room leading to a large private pool deck has child safety doors to keep your kids safe. There is a 65" SMART TV in the family room for your entertainment.

☀ Hungry anyone? The fully equipped luxury kitchen with granite countertops makes it a breeze to make all meals for the family. The well-equipped kitchen makes food preparation a breeze while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave oven, and automatic icemaker. This kitchen is “complete” with dinnerware, silverware, and glassware settings for the entire family (including wine glasses), kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives, and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt, and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, microwaveable dishes.

☀ There is no better way to enjoy the Florida vacation than spend quality time in the pool area. The lanai with infant pool safety fence & alarmed pool doors will let you enjoy the swimming pool area that offers plenty of sun loungers. There are also plenty of dining chairs and tables on the pool deck for alfresco dining. We provide pool-safe crockery & drinkware for use around the pool.

☀ No need to pay for those outrageous baggage fees at the airline's counter. Pack light and use the utility room with a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board to freshen up your clothes as needed.

☀ Want to stay in touch? The high-speed wireless internet is accessible throughout the villa & pool deck. While you are connected, send some pics of Facetime that aunt who could not make it to this trip.

Note on Resort Fee: Emerald Island Resort mandatory vehicle access passes can be purchased by guests ahead of arrival for a one-time fee of $21.50 ($20 for access pass + $1.50 in taxes at 7.5%) per access pass. You need one access pass per vehicle, with a min of 1 and a max of 6 per reservation. The fee is per stay and not per day.
