**Check-in and Property Access**
Self check-in: Entry is made directly at the house via a unique code sent before your arrival.
Times: Check-in after 4 PM | Check-out by 10 AM
Early check-in or late check-out can be requested subject to availability and an additional fee. Please consult us in advance.

**Supermarket**
We recommend visiting the nearest supermarket to purchase any additional items you may need during your stay.
Courtesy items: As a courtesy to our guests, we provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 large trash bag for use on the first day.
We do not provide condiments, spices, or any other food items in the house.
These items are not replenished during the stay, so we suggest bringing or purchasing what you need for the remainder of your visit.
**Cleaning**
Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price.
Before your arrival, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee.
**Use of Property**
Moving furniture or equipment inside the house is not allowed.
**Pool and Spa Heating**
Fee: $39/day (minimum 3 days)

The pool and spa share the same heating system (maximum temperature: 96°F / ~36°C)
It can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature
The system may not function properly in very low temperatures (close to freezing)

Includes: 1 full gas cylinder + cleaning after check-out
If the gas runs out during the stay, the guest can refill it. We will reimburse the amount upon receipt submission and a photo of the installed gas cylinder.

**Trash**
All trash must be bagged in bags up to 13 lbs, tied securely, and placed in the outdoor trash bin — not on the curb or street.
Loose trash, grocery bags, or trash outside of bags will not be collected.
Cardboard boxes should be flattened and bagged properly.
Sharp objects should be disposed of separately for safety.
Improper trash disposal will result in a $100 fine, with proof via photos or videos.
Trash is collected daily starting at 9 AM and must be placed in the bin by 10 AM for pickup.
**Parking**
Please park only in designated parking spaces for the property.
Do not park in prohibited areas, sidewalks, streets, or blocking other garages.
Blocking streets or garages may result in immediate towing by local enforcement without prior notice.
Please respect condominium rules to avoid fines and inconveniences.
**Club Access**
Guests have free and full access to all condominium amenities: pools, gyms, game rooms, etc.
**Visitors**
Visitors are allowed as long as the maximum occupancy of the property is not exceeded.
**Rules and Fines**
Violations such as smoking inside the house, property neglect, or excessive trash disposal will incur a $500 fine.
