My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful with lots of aminities to include two areas for games, movie room, pool/hot tub. There was plenty of seating for everyone. The host and property management people were very responsive and professional. Our only issue was lack of parking. Only 5 parking passes allowed and only 3 vehicles fit in the driveway and additional parking areas were a bit of a walk. 10/10 would recommend!!

The house was clean and decorated in a modern aesthetic which I loved. The kids area was enjoyed although gaming was missed by the 10-13 year olds. Spending time at the pool was relaxing for every member of our family. The double refrigerators and laundry room on both floors was also so convenient for our large family. With multiple visitors, the parking situation was a little stressful, but worked out in the end. The manager was seats available to answer my questions. I would book this home again.

We loved our time at your house!!!

My daughter graduated from high school in Indiana and since most of the family was unable to attend, we was looking for a place in Florida that can accommodate our family. The house was perfect!! Everyone loved it! A few minor details... house needs some touch up paint/repair, one of the ice makers didnt work and the bottom of the pool needed to be cleaned. One of the kids stepped on a nail as he exited the pool. Seems like it came out of the screen patio frame. Thank goodness he was ok. Matthew was very accommodating and sent a staff member over to make sure we were ok. We are looking forward to visiting your property again. Hopefully this Christmas!!!

Wonderful Home, Owners, and neighborhood

The property was very much like the photos. It was clean and in excellent condition. The property management company was excellent with communicating before we arrived and while we were there. I received a phone from them before we arrived that confirmed the dates, arrive time and asked if I have questions. We also had a visit while we were there to ask if everything was going well and if we needed anything. This all made for a very pleasant stay.

Was a great stay!!

Everything was great. Was definitely crowded getting in/out of neighborhood some days/nights, but is expected over the holiday. I did not know about fees to do things at the resort and I wish the pool would have been a little warmer. I suggest throw blankets for the couch in the winter.. Thank you Mathew! You were a great host!

Not Exactly As I thought it Would Be

First I would tell everyone to read the fine print. I did not and that I take blame. This property advertises as 14 bed sleeps 31, however, you only get 1 electric stove.The parking is horrible.Its stated you only get a max of 5 cars per your group. So if you are traveling from different parts of the state to meet, this may not be the place for you. If you have a large family over 15 you will not be able to sit together at the dinner table. The photos do make the property look larger than it appears so, take at your own risk. My biggest issue aside from parking, which by the way if you are not perfectly inside the line, your car Will get towed without notice, even if it’s off by 2-3 inches, was the hot tub. It would not work properly even after them coming 3 times to fix it. To be fare, I don’t think it’s something they could’ve fixed while we were there.The property management company were very kind and did keep communication open with me, so that was a plus. My prayer is that they will take my experience and improve and or upgrade any necessary things needed to make future guess have the best stay as possible. My hope is that they will be willing work out some form of Refund compensation due to the issues we had from the start. I will not blast any particular entity because I know they are all separated. The online rental company, the property management company and also including the resort, where the property resides have different rules for renting.FYI WiFi doesn’t work

Good team stay

Overall a great stay. The house is great for large groups. We had a group stay and we really enjoyed it! With pretty much every room having their own bathroom it is nice! The living room space is great for group activities and hanging out in one space. Property was clean and nice! You will need to make sure you come prepared as not a lot is provided to you. If you’re staying with a larger group and plan to have any meals at the house you’ll need to be prepared with anything you need for cooking minus pots/pans because there isn’t enough of anything else except cups so bring plastic cutlery and plates. Etc. plus you will need additional paper towels and trash bags. We stayed for 4 days and a trash bag a day with a large group with having a meal just wasn’t enough.

Annual Family Reunion

Our family meets every January to celebrate our Nanny, she is 87 this year! We have stayed in many places, this house was the BEST ever. All 25 of us got to stay under one roof and we were not crowded at all. The house is perfect for children and adults. We have already rebooked for next year! :)

Disappointed & Unacceptable

My family & I rented this house from 12/23/23 - 12/30/23. The pictures on line are NOT a true depiction of the home. I’ve listed a few issues below. Rent this place if you’re okay with the following: 1. MOLDED CARPET in bedroom 2. Soiled mattress/ no mattress cover, soiled pillows & sheets 3. Broken refrigerator ( repair person came twice) 4. Cracked stairs ( management came & put duck tape down) 5. Pantry door broken 6. All 12 dinning room chairs peeling 7. Sofa in picture online was NOT the sofa in home nor are the bar stools. 8. All bath mats were locked in a closet until 3 days after arrival/ Christmas Day. 9. Cookware scorched & unusable. 10. No indoor basketball arcade as advertised. 11. Home is seriously outdated & in need of upgrades & a deep cleaning! We did take pictures but unfortunately they were ineligible to be included in our review My overall take away is whoever manages this property should be ashamed of themselves! Surely, the owner is unaware of the state of this property, if so, shame on you!

Beautiful home!

My family and I chose this home to celebrate our Thanksgiving a few days ago. The property was very spacious. Perfect size for our 22 people. The owners were very accessible and addressed any questions/concerns immediately. They made genuine efforts to make sure we were accommodated during our stay. Even though 1 per occupant is provided I would suggest definitely taking extra wash clothes and towels. If you have more than 3 large vehicles be prepared to walk a little to additional parking (this could have been because of the holidays that parking was full). The owners were easy to work with.

Extended FL Stay

Property was great for our group. The kids really enjoyed the theme bedrooms and the arcade games. Great location and close to grocery, coffee, etc. Property management was great at communication and was even to accommodate our extended stay due to a snowstorm back in MN.
