The studio on the 1st floor has a bathroom with a small kitchen including a fridge, a toaster, a coffee machine and a microwave.

The nearest restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks are a 15-minute walk or 4 minutes by car.

Less than ten minutes by car you will find the La Zenia Boulevard Orihuela Costa shopping center, which houses 180 stores and has ample indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by the US Open Mall, you will find fashion, telephone, DIY and household appliance stores, 30 restaurants, bars, an Auchan hypermarket, a bowling alley and a large play area for children.
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (with the exception of the bowling alley and the restaurants which will remain open later).
