'Basically my wife and I stayed the night only because we checked in late and we both was tired but we checked out early the next morning and find a better place to stay you could not watch tv unless you had your own apps to use like Netflix, Prime video etc: who knows there password to all of there apps I don't basically they had no free cable, not enough towels for 2 people they wanted us to use what we had and bring the dirty to them and swap them out

'A very nice place outside the airport to spend a night before continuing on your trip. The property is probably very new as everything looks extremely clean. The bathroom looks brand new with a very nice showerhead. The hotel was quiet even though we were on the first floor adjacent to the parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. I recommend this property.'

'Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...

'It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building.'

'Had two rooms, both never seemed to fully cool off. Stopper in sink for the 1st room was broken, so sink didn't drain. Staff was very helpful (and pleasant) though, moved us into a larger room right away. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out was smooth.'

'We had a very nice stay at the Hilton DFW Executive Conference Center. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The water stayed hot, and the shower pressure was excellent, always appreciated after a long day of travel.
The fitness room was one of the better hotel gyms we’ve used, and having two restaurants onsite was very convenient. Overall, the staff and facilities made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again.'
