Dimora Aurea is a lovely vacation home for rent in Oria, a short walk from the historic center.

The
Dimora Aurea apartment has its entrance along a narrow street in the
city center. The elevation immediately reveals the recent and careful
renovation, as well as the interior with vaulted ceilings and excellent
finishes.
The entrance is into a living room with sofa, TV and
dining table and chairs. Next to it is the well-equipped kitchenette. A
hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms. Completing the house is 1 shower room and a paved backyard.

Dimora Aurea is an ideal solution for exploring the ancient city of Oria, whose origins date back to the 2nd millennium BC.
Its
historic center is all to visit, with its iconic triangular-shaped
castle, according to legend a place that Frederick II held dear. Oria is
also famous for its wards and its famous flag-wavers, often engaged in
very impressive historical events.
The nearest beaches are those
of the Taranto Ionian coast, with San Pietro in Bevagna and Campomarino
di Maruggio about 20 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
