I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it.After our stay, my husband accidentally left a hanging bag of clothes in the closet. We realized it shortly after our stay and immediately contacted the property manager, Charlotte, as well as the owner. What followed was incredibly disappointing.Their response was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. There was no effort to assist, no sense of accountability, and no basic level of customer care you would expect when handling a simple situation like returning a forgotten item.It’s not about the mistake, people forget things. It’s about how it’s handled. And in this case, it was handled terribly.Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before booking. If anything goes wrong during or after your stay, don’t expect support.We will be further action.Stay here at your own risk.
