Situated on a wide stretch of sugar white sand beach, this bright, comfortable, ocean view condo is the perfect family get away! Enjoy your morning coffee on the private beach-side view balcony, spend your day enjoying the beautiful beach just steps from your unit, or relax at the large pool right at the dunes.

This fully equipped condo has all of the conveniences of home. Queen bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in 2nd bedroom, queen-size sofa sleeper. Third floor units have a cathedral ceiling in living room which adds to the spacious feel of our unit.

Other amenities include an elevator to this top (3rd) floor unit, large oceanfront saltwater heated swimming pool, and adjoining sundeck. Three BBQ grills are located right near the covered deck area with picnic tables. The complex has covered parking, with two vehicles allowed per unit. One parking pass included in rental total. Condo is conveniently located close to golf, state park, grocery stores, discount shopping, restaurants, water/amusement parks, and fast food. Lyft drivers more prevalent in the area than Uber. The City of Gulf Shores operates a drop-off recycling facility at 160 W. 36th Avenue. All items must be sorted into the proper bins.
NO pets.
At least one renter must be 25 or older.

Please treat our 2nd home with the same respect you would your own. We've put a lot of effort into making it a nice vacation getaway for our guests.
Guests should not leave the condo in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. All trash removed and fridge emptied at checkout is expected.

If you are looking for a condo right on the beach that won’t break the bank this is it!! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the closet with all the beach things was a wonderful bonus! We loved the fact that you are between all the high rise condo complex’s… no fighting for a spot on the beach as this is a smaller condo complex. Tired of the beach, sand or Jellyfish, no worries, head right on over to the pool! Mark was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions and very responsive! This was our first time to Orange Beach (we normally go to FL) we will definitely be back and stay here again. We had a fabulous trip, but it’s hard to have a bad day when you are at the beach!

We had an amazing trip! The location of this property is so good! The carts that are provided to help you get your stuff to your condo are the best thing ever. My daughter's wedding

The condo was really nice. It was clean and seemed to be well maintained. It was spacious and had a ton of closet space. It was right at the top of 3 flights of stairs. But there was also an elevator just a little ways away if you didn't want to use the stairs. We really liked the condo. It was perfect for what we needed. Our daughter was getting married at gulf state park pavilion, only 1 mile down the road. We used this condo as a place for her bridal partal to get ready for the wedding. (Hair, make up, and get dressed). It worked out perfectly, due to the location and space inside the condo. (2 beds and baths). Would highly recommend this condo.
