There are many dining options nearby as well including Doc's Seafood, The Ruby Slipper, and Live Bait Bar & Grill, just a short walk away.

Phoenix II has fantastic amenities for an active or peaceful stay. You can use two tennis courts, a basketball court, a racquetball court, two hot tubs, and a fitness center with ocean views. Snowbird guests will feel at home here.

Parking
• You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made.
• You will pay $60 per pass if you purchase it prior to arrival via the VRPS link that is sent to you. If you wait until arrival, you will pay $70.
Things to know
• The fitness room is open only at Phoenix IV(4-person max) guests can get a code at Phoenix III.
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Quiet hours with Noise ware technology/fine
• Not responsible for accidents/injuries/stolen goods
• You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property.
• No parties or events violators $500 fine
• Surveillance/security cameras/recording devices on site
• A photo ID will be required after booking to confirm the stay
