I can’t say enough good things about our host. The property itself was undergoing upgrades and she reached out to us before and during to make sure we were enjoying our stay. She went above and beyond to help us in any way she could which we greatly appreciated. The place is just as described and the views are spectacular. It was very clean and had all we needed for a great stay.

DISAPPOINTED! The condo has partial updates. The property did not accommodate us as expected. We chose this property because of the ocean view. We were not notified that this property would be under construction during our stay.. our balcony was covered in plastic and very noisy. We did not get to use this area and enjoy the view at all during our stay. It was a very unpleasant stay due to the noise, dust and smells from the construction. We decided to leave early because we actually had construction workers on our balcony looking through our balcony door at 1 PM. We have young girls, and we did not appreciate men looking in the glass doors. There was nothing private or relaxing about this vacation. I contacted the host and she seemed unconcerned! She offered us an extra day for free, but why would we want to stay an extra day when the whole week had been so disappointing and annoying at that point we just wanted to go home!

The ocean was beautiful both from the balcony and the beach. The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was the perfect place to celebrate my sister’s 90th birthday! The location was the very best! I wish we had stayed longer.

Family vacation

Great view! Quick and easy access to the beach and pools - just two flights of stairs. Elevator if you need it. Property was very clean and we didn't have any problems with appliances. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation with our family of four. Location is ideal near grocery stores, activities if there is poor weather, beachy/souvenir shops, and restaurants. Check in/out was very easy. Very attentive owner that shared lots of info in advance of the trip. Property had plenty of extra towels and supplies. Little things like that matter sometimes.

Best view you can get in Orange Beach

The condo is on the corner and is right at the property line edge. No obstructions to the views of the beach and water. Loved seeing the parasailing and other boats going by. The interior furniture was worn, but the beds were good and the bathrooms functional. Came for the view and easy access to beach so we were good. Ran out of toilet paper, and we missed the fine print that you only got a starter amount Had to run to Walmart for some. Seems weird when paying big bucks you can't have at least one extra roll. The parking is very tight, but otherwise it was a good rental. Mostly the view is what your getting. Hard to beat the views from any other condos.

Graduation celebration

We had a great time, and the Condo is nice. A little dated but very reasonably priced. We had to put a fan on the counter whenever cooking. I’m not sure if something was on the burners on the range or what, but no matter what we did the smoke alarm would go off while cooking. The fan on the counter pointed out the window fixed that problem and the rest of the stay was fantastic, Would definitely book again if/when we make another trip.

Beautiful location and wonderful host

Check-in and amenities like carts and elevators made our arrival quick and easy, we were out to the beach within 30 minutes of arrival. The property offered amazing views even when our last day got rainy. Nearby is great restaurants, shopping for souvenirs and necessities, and the on-duty security guard was very helpful. Highly recommend booking for your Orange Beach stay, affordable and well worth it!

Outstanding views

Pros: This tastefully decorated corner unit has outstanding views as advertised. The unit was clean with the exceptions noted below. The kitchen was spacious. The appliances were clean and functional. The owner was courteous, accommodating, and professional in her communications. Cons: The sofa and swivel chairs were stained. The swivel chairs were uncomfortable. I have stayed in three different units of three different owners in this complex, and they all had polyester sheets. For the money they charge, you’d think they would provide hotel quality cotton sheets. The kitchen was very well equipped except for the lack of a large nonstick skillet. The HVAC filter was dirty upon arrival. We replaced it without contacting the owner or maintenance. I’m sure it would have been replaced for us, but we had to make a WalMart run anyway. Overall, this is a very nice unit with the most beautiful views, and the location is great!

The best!

This is 3rd year staying in this unit. I had to contact owner for minor issue that was user error on my part. However the owner was quick to reply and communicate. This unit is perfect for people with small kids or elderly, as they can sit on balcony and still be very close to the beach! kids or elderly

Summer stay

Beautiful view of the beach. Enjoyed the condo and the amenities. We have stayed in Orange Beach over the years and love the location. This is our second stay at Seaside and like the complex.

Fall Break Oct 9-13th 2023

The view is amazing, absolute best part. Beds were comfortable. There were some stains on the master bedroom rug. The fitted sheet for the pull out sofa had a lot of stains. We had 3 adults, 3 teens and one toddler. A remodel of the furniture indoor and outdoor could greatly help the condo grow in popularity. As having a toddler and every table inside being glass was quite worrisome & stayed dirty with fingerprints. Wicker has a lot of wear and tear. We had one very small frying pan that needs replace. Overall the we loved the room. We only had one day of sunshine, it rained the whole week lol but we would definitely come back and recommend.

Girls trip

The view is beautiful with dolphin sightings each day. Nice complex and location is convenient to everything. Excellent company on sight for chair rental, Winston is awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect!

This is our 2nd time in unit. It is perfect. My 84 yr old mom can go to beach some, but if she cant make it down, sitting on this balcony is the next best thing. There were plenty of beginning supplies and a cute welcome basket. Would def recommend.

Great condo that needs a new housekeeper

Everything was accurate on the listing, contact with the manager, beautiful location, and we have stayed at this complex before. However, this condo was not clean and sand is not the issue. The lint trap in the dryer hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. In fact, the line was clogged because there was so much lint, making this a huge fire hazard. It was clean when we left it. Ceiling fans blew dirt and were covered in dust and lint. The shower curtain in the master bath had mold on it, which we cleaned. And, we had an issue with ants coming from under the baseboard in the living room. With a new housekeeper, this would be an incredible place but for the price paid we were really disappointed in the cleanliness.

Can’t beat the view!

We had a great stay. Enough room for 2 adults and 4 children. The place was not filthy, but also not super clean either. Surfaces were clean but the furniture had some decent wear/grime to it. We did have a small issue with ants while we were there but the host responded immediately letting us know she would get an exterminator out as soon as possible and offered to have pest control sprays sent to us in the meantime. The view and wrap around balcony is incredible!

Fun times

Great location and easy access to the beach with great views of the ocean. With 3 grandkids under 9 and 5 adults, it worked out great and very enjoyable! It was clean and our condo was great! It was a little inconvenient to have to carry our garbage to the dump instead of garbage chutes, but it worked out and it would be nice for a little pavilion by the bbq pits while we are barbecuing for a little protection from the blazing sun. But we had a wonderful time and look forward to going back again.
